    Refused to cover my emergency crown job because my policy had a 12-month waiting period on any major surgeries. That is robbery. They only have that 12-month waiting period because they know how often businesses change insurance providers, so that's their way of trying to get out of paying for any sort of major surgery.

    Waiting periods are industry standard for dental insurance to prevent people from enrolling in a policy, getting major work done and then cancelling the policy. I'm sorry for your situation.

    So, your standard is to rob the majority to prevent getting burned by the minority. Instead of going above and beyond, you only just barely tap the extremely low bar set by others. You should be trying to exceed the standard and attracting customers to you, not just barely scraping by. Not only do you do this, you also post paid-for 5-star reviews on ******* Somehow, after I posted my 1-star review you had two 5-star reviews magically post within a few hours to counter my 1-star. And now, I see a few dozen nameless accounts posting 5-star commentless reviews, many of which this is their first review. Nice try attempt at burying the negative reviews. No one believes that those are legit. Congratulations on confirming that you are a company of liars and thieves.
