    Just received parts for a DeWalt drill. The contacts were worn on the old one so I ordered new ones, The ones that came were rebuilt old ones with a new contact soldered in. The problem is the plastic base material that holds the contact is cracked. I called the ***** number a few times only to get a recording to go online and return the parts. I do not trust the place now and would rather have a refund. I paid the bulk of the price for shipping which I am sure they will not refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    One part was discontinued but they sent the other part which is not not needed because both parts were needed. We cancelled the other part before it was sent, but they sent it anyway and now we are having difficulity getting reminbursed for this part.
