    Had to do a little you tubing to get the old one off a pair of needle nose pliers did the trick and off with the old and on with the new, nothing to it.

    I Don't have the part. They say the part is in stock and have charged me for it. When I check on it it says pending online I call and the automated system tells me we'll send you a updated text that says it's in-stock expected Delivery May14th 2025. It's now June 16 2025. When you talk to Customer ********************** they just say we will put in a request for updated and you will get an email or phone call within 3 days. I have not heard anything. I ordered this on May 10 have called 2 twice and get the same runaround but let me sell you water filters.

    My order was half complete. However, I sent back the incorrect part with the shipping label supplied. I did not have the money to reorder correct part then pay $12.00 shipping.     I liked, I put in snow blower model and your site recommended wear pars for the snow blower, I didnt know I needed two of the scraper blades, and only bought one, I wish it would have recommended 2. I ordered at the end of the season and you were out but I live in extreme climate and needed it to finish the season.
