    I never received my parts, they were never delivered to my address. Please deliver the parts I paid for, or refund me my money, so I can order from someone else.

    Part fits perfect the only reason for 4 stars is the shipping cost minimum. For a small $8 part i paid 15 shipping. Should have been 5 or 6 at most.Other than that , part is perfect

    Due to me transposing a number I ordered the wrong part. When I contacted the company they were very helpful and gave me the correct part number which they didnt carry, gave me return authorization and a ***** label. Returned the part and have received my refund. Will be doing business with them again.

    I ordered the complete mower deck for my Husqvarna LTH1438 riding mower. Instead, I got only the weldment or shell for the mower. The repair was successful because I transplanted everything from the old mower to the new weldment. This means that I have still worn out parts operating in my mower. I had not mowed my lawn for 32 days and needed to do it.I have requested a refund for the difference in costs between the complete mower deck and the part I received (about $500) and submitted proof of the mistake. It has been 5 days and I have not heard anything from the company. Thios is the first time that they have failed me, which is a shame.
