Refund and Exchange Policy

All returns are at the sole and exclusive discretion of XIDAX, must take place within 45 days of purchase and will be charged a rental fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE, whether the refund is requested before or after shipment of the system. Any returns after 45 days will be charged restocking fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE plus $75 per day rental fee. Microsoft Windows or Office products, or other activated software cannot be accepted back for a refund or credit.
