- Refund and Exchange Policy
- For Home Protection Plan service: If customer experiences an infestation by a covered pest between regularly scheduled services, FOX will conduct a targeted treatment for the infestation at no charge. If Fox is unable to resolve the problem after three consecutive treatments in between regularly scheduled services, FOX will refund the customer’s last monthly subscription fee, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
