    Calling the house after 8:30 PM CST. I do not do surveys and have been on the do no call list for years.

    Received numerous phone calls, referencing my name and personal information, at all hours of day and night regarding my banking, USPS mail, and other private matters wherein this company threatens return call urgency. I don't know anything about this company, never heard of them until now. I consider this telephone harassment and want it stopped now; and the company reported to the FTC and sanctioned..

    I have been called and texted many times by a group called clear insights even after telling them I do not want to be contacted bythem any longer and explicitly telling them five times to take me off their list. They have continued to call and I am angry. They have interrupted two naps for my child and woken him at night as well by calling. I am FURIOUS and do not want to be called again.

    I get spam calls from Clear Insights multiple times per day. The calls come from a 469 area code and even though I block every single call, more keep coming from different numbers. I'm so sick and tired of this harassment.

    Clear Insights has been calling daily 2-3 times a day. I told them I was not interested and they have called me for 2 weeks straight. I said do not call me I am not interested and they continue to call me Clear Insights is a harassing company and should be penalized. I told them to put me on the do not call list but it is CLEARLY ignored.

    This company has been harassing me. I’ve never consented to them calling me to give me a survey. They called me once on Saturday and then twice in the span of three hours on Sunday. Finally I called and left a voicemail saying if they don’t stop calling I will file harassment charges against them. There is no way to contact them to talk to an actual person on the phone

    I have been contacted twice within 24 hours by Clear Insights Group *****s. Ive politely asked twice to be added to their Do Not Call list which is listed by their company at ******************************************************* *****s calling me told me this was not possible. When I quoted the website to the second ***** they paused and were confused. The company is not following its own policies. They do not properly train their employees and/or they do not follow their own core values of integrity and violate their own policies to advance their business/research goals.

    Clear insight has been repeated calling my phone and that off my family members. They have been told that their calls are unwanted and they are bothering me. Just because they found a loop hole in the do not call law. Does not mean they can harass people with phone calls. Just because they act polite and nice do not mean they can call every day and from different phone number harassing people. Clearly a means to gather free marketing research for which they generate income for their corporation at the expense of people they call repeatedly. This complaint is being filed so that others who are going though the same thing can see your not alone and only one being bothered by company who is truly bothering people by repetitive unwanted calls.

    Clear Insights continually texts me from different numbers, even AFTER I responded “STOP” to opt out. No matter how many times I block their texts, they continue to target me for a survey in a city I NO LONGER LIVE IN nearly every day. Most recent contact was this morning from ************. This is harassment and entirely unethical. I did not sign up to participate in this survey and for whatever reason, they will not stop harassing me.

    I have asked multiple times to be removed from this list, but I am still getting calls. Most recent caller told me they don’t have to abide by my do not call and will continue to call
