      Please beware! This company advertised an offer to purchase a report for $1.25. However, they attempted to charge my account $1.25 plus an additional $19.95. I never authorized the $19.95 transaction. I called their company to advise them of this issue. The agent (*******) I spoke with was very unprofessional. I requested to speak with a supervisor and he said there was not a supervisor available at this time and hung up on me.

      *** Beware, don't go near them *************** is a scam and the people associated with it are "rude" crooks !!They lure you with a basic report for $1.25 and without you knowing (they claim you consented) sign you up for monthly premium membership at $19.95 per month. BTW, that basic report has really basic information which you can obtain from many sites for free. I was looking for sale information going back to 15 years. But it does not show anything older than 2 years. This property was built 21 years ago and I am certain there are more transactions beyond 2 years, because I was the first owner of this property from 2002.Please

      FRAUD, THEY GAVE ME A REPORT AND CHARGED ME $1.25, good deal right? then hit my credit card company up for ***** and my card credit union caught it and declined their attempt to take extra money. Now after hours but I will call and cancel my current card and get a new one. Let the buyer beware. 1 star as there4 is *******.

      Same as all the other 0-1 star ratings. They have been charging me $19.95/mo for 8 months. Just called and they allegedly gave me 4 months worth of refunds and cancelled by subscription (that I never opened). Total scam. Cancel your cards and chalk it up as READ YOUR STATEMENTS MONTHLY!

      This company is the worse. I NEVER used them and somehow they got my information. I was unaware and just found out they have been charging me since 12/2021 $19.95 a month. *** repeatedly tried to contact them with proof Ive never accessed their website but they ignore all facts. Horrible company
