    i ordered product on 11.3.2024 and they charged my credit card that day. I have yet to receive product and they will not respond to email, ******** or phone messages. At this point, i just want my money back. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

    Had great service for years. Which is too bad because something must have happened. Now I am afraid they are a scam or filing bankruptcy or something. I have demanded refund for a product I ordered 3 months ago. They have stopped responding.

    great prices, no product. I ordered bullets on 3 November. I have called once, where their VM tells me they don't answer phones. I've emailed twice, and not heard back. If I get to a full month with out either product or satisfactory communication I will be cancelling my order(probably through my bank since Beebe does communicate) and filling a BBB complaint. I will never use Beebe again. Their customer service isn't just bad, it doesn't exist. I'm a capitalist and vote with money, my votes will go somewhere else in the future.

    I have been waiting 3 months and still haven't received anything they don't answer email or phone calls. Terrible business practices.

    I had really great service for about two years and now it is bad. I phoned and left 3 messages even though they say they do not monitor voicemail. The reason is that they don't return emails either. Ordered a shotgun so they have my money. Now no communication about the order. It's been over a month. Not shipped and no communication.

    They send out a form email, stating they will notify you when your order ships. This email states it takes around 7-10 business days. I received no notification after 10 business days, the listed phone number goes straight to VM. VM refers you to online support that states in another form email "God, family and we will respond in 2-3 business days". Bought a product from them 20 days ago and they haven't even shipped the product. Stay away from this business, seems like a scam.

    We are a small family business that is experiencing shipping delays. We have a banner on our website that advertises this. As a small two person business, we handle all communication via email so that both parties have written documentation of all conversations. Our Voicemail message states this information as well and gives our customer support email address. We do our very best to return emails within three business days. This customer sent one email to our customer support email address that only said he thought we were "a scam" and that he would be reporting us to the BBB. We responded the same day, apologized for the delay in shipment and offered a refund if he did not want to wait. He responded that he would be contacting his credit card company. We thanked him for letting us know that he would like to cancel his order and issued him his refund.

    They’re the only ones who had a shotgun I was trying to find and a great price! Everybody just wants things NOW these days. Need to slow your mule up a bit sometimes. Great mom&pop business!!
