    I placed an order over a month ago. They took my money immediately yet have not started to process or ship and will not return emails. Their business "phone number" is just a message saying they won't return calls. There are MANY other people that are saying the same thing on reviews of this business.

    On October 12,2024 I ordered $407.20 worth of ammunition and accessories and understood it would be up to ten business days before goods got shipped based on ten previous purchases over past 18 months. Fifteen business days later I emailed about order status but got no reply outside of the generic “we will get back to you shortly message”. Waited another month, which is in of itself crazy, then sent another email, left a message on store voicemail and sent inquiry via Facebook messenger and patiently awaited but again no response. Sent final email another month later on 12/30/24 stating I felt I had been robbed and scammed as the money was taken on 10/12/24 and that I would be requesting a charge back if I heard nothing in a week as well as filing a complaint with BBB. This is no way to do business. The delays with shipping are bad enough but having no customer service availability whatsoever is unacceptable , frustrating and incompetent! I’m more upset about not getting my shipment then the money stolen!

    Placed an order on 10/1024. Credit card was charged immediately. After a month elapsed I emailed about why shipping was delayed. Was informed they were running behind. Finally I I informed company to cancel order and issue a refund. Now a month later and no refund.

    On Nov 3, 2024 I ordered bullets from Beebe. Their webpage, and the order confirmation page both say orders can take 7-10 days. On Nov 15th I emailed and asked for an update, and got no response. On Nov 21 I called and got voice mail saying phones aren't answered, so I sent another email, requesting an order update, and received no response. Its now Dec 14, more then 5 weeks since I've ordered and paid; I've not received any communication from Beebe, or my ordered product.

    I ordered products from this company on September 21st , they took my money immediately. They said that the products would be delivered in a 10 day window, well here we are approaching December. I've emailed and called several times.. They respond with a generic email and an generic automated email response. There's been absolutely no attempt to correct this in any way.

    Ordered ammo on 10/10/2024 to date still have not received ammo that was ordered. Paid $362.72 for 800 rounds of Winchester 45 ACP. Will not respond to emails or does not accept phone calls. Had one response saying they are having trouble filling orders.That was almost a month ago. They took payment really quick but I have nothing to show for it .I would appreciate your assistance in getting this taken care of . There web site should be shut down !order

    I made a purchase via their website. I reached out a couple days after asking when it would ship. They said they’re a small family business going through hard times and asked me to bear with them. I said okay sure…after about a month I finally asked for a refund. They said they could cancel my order but not refund me due to issues with their point of sale program. Suggesting that I contact my bank and ask for a “payback”. I would just like my money back at this point.

    Order (******) was for 2 case of shells placed on August 8. Shipped with 2 different tracking numbers via FedEx on August 15. One case arrived on August 17. However, the second case of shells never arrived. Shipper filed claim (**********) with FedEx on August 25, and was issued a refund on August 30. I have emailed multiple times inquiring about the status of my refund to my credit card. I was told by Beebe Family Arms that they had not been notified by the shipper that FedEx refunded the portion of the order. This company just sells the merchandise and another entity ships it. So, after two week and no further response from Beebe Family Arms, I am being forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Don't waste your time dealing with these folks. It's understandable that packages get lost but their slow responses and failure to do the right thing is inexcusable.

    Order was lost in transit by FedEx.  Customer let us know about it. We submitted a request with our supplier who shipped the package to file a clam for the lost package. The customer did not purchase insurance. All emails were answered from the customer the same business day. Normally our supplier sends us email notifications of all completed claims. When the customer reached out August 31st we manually checked the website to see if the claim showed it was complete yet. It had not been. We let the customer know as soon as we received notification we would issue his refund. When customer reached out again on September 14th 6:50 AM Mountain time we followed up with the supplier and confirmed the claim had been resolved and we had been reimbursed $100 for the lost package. We immediately issued the refund to the customer for the FULL amount of the lost package - $125.10 and let the customer know the same day September 14th 10:42 AM Mountain time.  At approximately 11:45 AM MT  September 14th we received this notification email from the BBB.

    The total amount of order: $158.12
    The business was supposed to ship order# ****** in 7 to 10 business days of order. I have attempted to contact them and request status of order at least twice with no response. So as of today no one has attempted to contact me. I just want what I ordered or a full refund.
