    This company is FRAUD! **** take your money and will not cancel your membership on the phone. **** say they have to put in a ticket to cancel your membership and they will respond within ***** hrs. Three days went by and they issued another ticket for it to be cancelled! **** do not have names of the ***resentative you talk to so make sure you write down the name of the ***. **** "record calls", but when asked to listen to the recorded call the *** hung up on me. Also, the supervisor is no help either, I asked for a cancelled verification email and I received another Ticket....

    This company advertised a one-time fee of $147 for a 3-month supply of ***********. They were 1 month late in shipping the supplies and I have been on them for 3 weeks now. My card was just charged 247 dollars and they said that the fees were included in the sales contract, which they were not. I was misled with their shady sales practices and do not believe that I should have been charged another installment considering that "all in" constitutes a one time payment. I have contacted the company and was told that they have escalated my complaint the the leadership team.

    Do not go through DirectMD or Direct Meds LLC, both are the same company. They advertise that they will give you a refund if you dont lose any weight. They send you 3 months supply of the medication. Their weight loss medication does not work. I emailed them asking for a refund for the two months of medication that I have not used and would like to send it back to them. They said once they ship the medication out then they cannot accept it back. Ive email their Helpdesk and they said you have to email them. Then after I emailed them then they wanted to talk to me over the phone. I emailed them again to cancel all my future medications and they have not replied back. Overall their customer service is terrible and their weight loss medication which they said is from an accredited and *** approved lab does not work. Save yourself the time, energy and your money. Do not order from them.

    I signed up for the 3 month subscription of the sublingual compound tirzepatide. It does not work. I have been on Tirzepatide before and this is not it. I have requested a refund for the remaining unshipped month and to cancel my subscription. For 5 weeks now it's been under review with no additional communication from them.

    Very misleading advertising. My credit card was charged immediately on contacting this company. There were several "delays". My id had to be submitted three times in picture form. A full size picture of myself had to be submitted three times. Copies of my previous health facility records were requested. One delay after another. Finally after MD approval (2 weeks), I was notified of a delay in shipping of the medication. Now I cannot reach anyone at Direct Meds!! I have sent several e mail messages and tried calling customer service. No response. When I call the phone number provided my call us disconnected every time. I have made several attempts. I think this is not a good way to do business. I have requested that they either send my order that I have already for it refund my payment. Absolutely no response. I would appreciate any assistance you may offer. Thank you.
