    Signed on for a one year discounted subscription, billed monthly. First month was further discounted. Adding up total for following months, should not have been **** than $350:a month. Imagine surprise, next monthly billing $447. Called customer service, they insisted that was the price. I insisted I never would have signed on for that much, as meds were lower elsewhere, and I took deal with understanding meds would be no more than $350. Threatened cancelation, told next order would be adjusted to reflect, and that I would get meds for $349 month going forward. Next month, charge came through $447;again! Called, said I'd cancel if adjustment not made. They promised to credit back $98, adjust forward. 10 business days later, adjustment still not credited. I believe they bait and switched me, and I have no faith that I will ever see promised adjustments! Buyer beware!

    An absolute scam. Pay $97.00 for 3 months... Not true. $97 for 1 month then $297.00 for 2nd month then $297.00 for 3rd month. They keep charging you then do not deliver the product.

    Scam. I signed up to try it, **** arrived leaking, this was my first time so unsure if that was common to have oil everywhere from shipping. After a few days I took the vial and applicator out of bottle and wiped everything down and placed a piece of a paper towel in the bottom. A few days later I noticed the paper towel was soaked. I contacted customer service and it was not handled professionally. He demanded pictures which I sent to him showing the wet towel as well as the label on the vial soaked with oil. Then he sent me an email asking why I waited a week to *********...reallt??? I was told I would be contacted ***** hours and a replacement vial would be sent. This was on Sept 8th, it is now the 20th and I have heard nothing. I sent 5 emails asking for an update on my case or to be contacted. Nothing. Wasted $150 and will never do business with them again. I get that things happen but the respectable businesses will correct their issues and make it right. This is not one of those businesses. There are several companies that offer this service now so I would suggest trying another company not Direct Meds. You will waste your money and will not get any support or communication when you bring an issue to their attention. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service. Its one thing if you don't get a resolution you were hoping for but its really bad when you can't get anyone to return a call or a follow up e-mail. If you are considering trying this I would certainly NOT do it through Direct Meds.

    If I could rate this less than 1, I would! I purchased a GLP-1 mid-August, I had my telehealth with their provider on 8/22. I called in 8/29 to ask why I hadnt received the promised shipment email with tracking number that was supposed to be 2-3 days from the telehealth appointment. Assured me that they would send an email to expedite shipping and to wait 2-3 more days for that email. I cashed in 9/3, as I still had not received a shipment email. Assured me AGAIN, they would expedite it. I called on 9/9 and told them to cancel the order and return my money. They offered $5, then $20, and then $40 off. I told her no, that this was my first order and Id been given nothing but the run aroundI cant imagine going through this every month! I told her to refund and cancel. She said Id get an email detailing the cancellation and refund. Is 9/17/25, and guess what I STILL have not received? My money refunded, ANY emails regarding refunding/cancellation, and no emails concerning shipping. SCAM ALERT!! Ive already contacted an attorney, and plan to move forward with ensuring that I get my money back. DO NOT DO IT!!! Direct Meds is awful to deal with.

    This company is comprised of scammers and liars. I was charged $199.00 on 8/9/2025. I did not understand that it was a 3 month supply and that I would be charged 2 more times. Of course I could not return the product even though it is unopened. I called on 9/3/2025 and spoke with **** She was very helpful and told me she would cancel my subscription, (that I didn't know I had) and initiate a refund that would post in 2-5 days. Also she said she would send me a confirmation e-mail. When I did not receive an e-mail I called back and was told that UNFORTUNATELY they could not, would not refund me or cancel my subscription until the next TWO rip off charges were paid. I was promised a return phone call from **** on 9/12. Of course that did not happen. I have made a number of phone calls and continue to get the same "unfortunately" comment. That is the worst word in the English language. All it means is tough luck. They do not care one bit. I feel totally duped and scammed by these people. This creates a hardship on me due to other financial commitments I have in October. My dog has cancer and is on chemo right now that is very expensive. I would have never agreed to these charges had the *** been honest with me. That is not a word they ******* NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

    Do not use this company. 2 weeks *** still no prescription. **************** is horrible. I have gotten the same answer over and over with no result. You can't speak to a supervisor because they are always in a meeting. They will tell you repeatedly it was expidited....but that means nothing

    The customer service is horrible. I read about shipping delays so I started the renewal process early. It was still late. I switched to **. There is no option to cancel online. The chat bot is worthless and poorly programmed. I called to cancel 2 weeks ago and they generated a ticket. Then nothing. I checked today and I am still active. I called again and was told that the last agent did not escalate the ticket and that she will do so. Also the sound quality of the call center overseas is terrible. You can tell they are super cheap with support staff.

    I am on my 2nd month of *********** injection. I was already on the medication using a local doctor so I needed 2.5 mg. I was quoted $174 a month for 6 months. I got 1st shipment and did not receive the correct dosage so I go another one to supplement the 1st shipment. I had a charge of $174 on 8/25/25 no medical intake available for me to complete. Then on 09/03/25 I was charged again $199. On 9/8/25 my 2nd month was shipped to me after I completed the medical intake. I have called and spoke with ****** about the double bill and it was going to be credited back to me. I have sent at least 4 emails to customer service since 09/03 and no response and it is still on my credit card. Do not use this company they maybe cheaper but their customer service is awful! I most likely will be disputing the $199 charge with my credit card company and canceling my card.

    If I could give 0 I would. I signed up with the $47 for 3 months. A month later was charged $247 even though I still had 2 months of medication left. I called and said I wanted my refund and that when I signed up it DID NOT say anything about being charged $247 a month!!! I lost my job the week before so that money was to feed my kids. I told them to cancel my subscription and to refund me and the lady told me no! Now I have to change my bank card because I know they will keep charging me instead of listening to me and provide excellent customer service.
