5 starsI am very satisfied with my experience with TruHearing! They set up my appointment with a provider that was very close to where I live. I really like the office and the staff that helped me order my new hearing aids. I would highly recommend them as they are so friendly and explain everything so well! I received my new hearing aids in just a little over a week! They are very comfortable to wear and I really like them!

5 starsVery satisfied with the whole experience. She was pleasant and had me in the exam room within 5 minutes of arriving. She explained things as she went along with the testing. She makes sure you understand it all too. She also worked with me on hearing aids I could afford.TruHearing, Inc.

5 starsThough I have not received my hearing aids yet, I am very pleased with my experiences at this office with the ENT, audiologist and hearing aid specialist. I gained so much more knowledge about my hearing. I was offered complete explanations, my questions were answered and I feel assured of the ongoing service and help she promised. I was able to try on and try out hearing aids that helped give me the confidence that I would have a successful outcome.TruHearing, Inc.

1 starAbout 20 percent of the batteries truhearing sold me were bad. When I told the company they didn't care. To be clear...it's not that they didn't last, it's that they never worked. Not the kind of company you feel safe trusting with a health issueTruHearing, Inc.

5 starsMy experience with TruHearing was really good. ****** is my Dedicated Consultant @TruHearing and she did a great job with setting up my appointment with the clinic that I used. She gave me a reminder call the day before my appointment and she did a follow up check after my appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend TruHearing to anyone who has a need for their services.TruHearing, Inc.
