5 starsI was terrified to go to any hearing clinic other than Duke because I have been with Duke for more than 30 years for all of my medical needs including my hearing but when I retired from ************************ I was told that **** is not an option for my hearing needs. So I was just going to keep my old hearing aids & not go to a clinic at all even if that meant my hearing getting worse. **** who made my appt was very good patient & understanding but I was still very nervous & quite honestly still terrified. I thought of every excuse not to go but I'm so very glad that I did. **** even called me the day before my appt to make sure that I was all set to go. When I got there still terrified the receptionist was very nice, professional, inviting & pleasant. Dr. **** the audiologist I can't even began to possibly say enough about her patience, kindness, knowledge & every other positive attribute she displayed. I did not feel at all rushed in fact I felt like I was the only patient & that their whole entire business was about ******* only!!!!TruHearing, Inc.

5 starsThe entire process, including a hearing test and explanation of my needs, and how they were going to be treated was outstanding. *********************** is a true professional, and made me and my wife, who accompanied me, very comfortable through the whole process. Took about an hour, which was what we expected.I am anxious to get my aids in two weeks!TruHearing, Inc.

5 starsI gave it a 5 star because they were amazing people to talk too.Took me right in very nice place.The dr was great to talk too,he explained everything to me plain and good.So I will recommend him to everyone who needs hearing aids.Couldn't have been better!TruHearing, Inc.
