5 starsTruhearing's **************** Rep. was very helpful and courteous. She was able to set up an appointment for me with an audiologist in my area right away. This was important to me as one of the hearing aids I have worn for 5 years stopped working. The appointment with the audiologist was seamless. She gave a great thorough exam. And she is extremely knowledgeable about the hearing aids Truhearing offers. She answered all of my questions The information she provided helped me decide which hearing aids would better suit my needs. She also explained the information on the delivery receipt form I had to fill out. She told me to wear the hearing aids for at least a week and to call her so that I could come in and discuss if anything needs to be tweaked. She said if at any time I have an issue to call her and she will be happy to help **** am extremely pleased with my entire experience starting with Truhearing and them sending me to Affordable Hearing,LLC for the exam and fitting of Truhearing aids.I Iove my Truhearing aids.TruHearing, Inc.

5 stars**************** was the best. Everyone involved with my now being able to hear again was great. When I called TruHearing a real person answered and was very easy to talk with and took care of everything from checking my insurance to setting up the appointment. She also E mailed me everything that we had talked about. The appointment went great, the greeting when I got there, the hearing test, the hearing aids and the detailed set up. I highly recommend TruHearing if you are like me and have trouble with your hearing. ***TruHearing, Inc.

5 starsi am very happy with the service I received from TruHearing and the hearing aid company they referred me to. I ordered hearing aids with full confidence that they are the right ones for me. After paying many thousands of dollars for my last hearing aids, this TruHearing benefit by my insurance company is a real plus.TruHearing, Inc.
