5 starsI'm very happy with my TruHearing hearing aids. They help me to hear so much better. The TruHearing company has been easy to work with. I've had two different type of hearing aids. I've had a learning curve in learning how to use the hearing aids as a tool, but now I'm hearing so much better than I'm able to hear without hearing aids. It does take you a while to learn to use hearing aids effectively.Most hearing aids nowadays work with a remote or an app that can be used with your smart phone. The app works with the hearing aids giving you so much more control of your hearing aids. TruHearing also works with audiologists that can fine tune your hearing aids in so many ways. I'm so pleased with the technology and the way that hearing aids can be adjusted via computer.TruHearing also has batteries that I'm able to purchase in quantity for a good price. I'm so very thankful that I have this company to work with.

5 starsConnect Hearing is the company that did the testing for my hearing aids and they were efficient and helpful and told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions about the kind of hearing aids I wanted and needed. 5 starsThe representative I got when I called the national number was a very friendly helpful guy. He explained everything thoroughly and made my appointment to be tested locally.The local office staff was also friendly and helpful, no pressure, just low key testing and presenting my options through my insurance.TruHearing, Inc.

1 starThe hearing was too big, tried to return them. Was told Id have to send it back on my own. They will only give me 60% of what I paid. In the advertisement it says easy returns and 100 % my back if not satisfied. I was very dissatisfied with the product. This is false advertisementTruHearing, Inc.
