5 starsFirst, I called Tru Hearing asking questions which were answered, then an appointment was set up to meet with a provider, all while I was on the line. 5 starsThe *** waiting room was clean and welcoming. The girl that gave me the hearing text was patience and friendly. When I met with the specialist to measure me for the hearing aids, had many questions to which patience and experience answered all of my questions. There was no pushing me to place an order that day. When I was ready I called Tru Hearing myself. The representative confirmed that I was the caller and she placed my order for the hearing aids. She had everything at her fingertips. It was easy: she friendly and considerate. There was email confirmation. Later another email confirmation that my hearing aids were placed and the payment went through. Easy and friendly.TruHearing, Inc.
