      This company is committing a criminal act they are double taxing me and do not want to correct the issue. I talked to several people on several occasions to try to rectify the issue without any luck, I purchase a Christmas tree on Amazon for $299.99 I was charged $21.75 for taxes, this company turned around and charge me another $21.75 for taxes and they do not want to rectify the situation. I will like for this company to rectify this situation and remove one of the double taxes they are charging me. I purchase this tree on November the 13th 2022.

      A member of Progressive Leasing's ********************* has been working with the customer. The retailer charged the customer tax in error but sent us a credit to resolve the issue. This credit was applied to the customer's account.

      We provided an explanation of how our sales tax is calculated and how to make a payment for the 90-day purchase option.

      As a one-time courtesy for the inconvenience, we also refunded the customer's initial payment. I verified the customer's contact information and had a check overnighted to him.

      We believe this should be a sufficient resolution for this matter. We appreciate the customer's business and for allowing us to be of service. Their concerns are important to us.

      I BOUGHT A ***** FROM BIG LOTS AND USED PROGRESSIVE LEASING. THE ***** BROKE WITHIN A WEEK AND I CONTACTED BIG LOTS TO RETURN THE ***** FOR A REFUND. I COULD RETURN THE ***** TO THEM BUT THEY COULD NOT REFUND ME DUE TO ME USING PROGRESSIVE LEASING. I CONTACTED PROGRESSIVE LEASING AND THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT BIG LOTS. I TOLD THEM WHAT BIG LOTS SAID AND THEY TOLD ME I STILL OWED THE BALANCE WHETHER I RETURNED THIS OR NOT. SO I TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT BE PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT BROKE IN A WEEK AND THEY NEEDED TO QUIT CONTACTING ME. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES FOR PAYMENT IN WHICH I TOLD THEM THE SAME THING. NOW THEY ARE CONTACTING MY HUSBAND ON HIS NUMBER AND TOLD THEM I GAVE IT TO THEM. 1. THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED MY PHONE. 2. I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY HUSBAND'S NUMBER, WHEN I GOT THE ***** HE HAD A DIFFERENT NUMBER, SO HOW EVER THEY GOT THIS ONE IS UNKNOWN. THEY CALL HIS NUMBER DEMANDING TO SPEAK WITH ME AND WHEN HE ASKS FOR WHAT THEY HANG UP ON HIM AND CALL RIGHT BACK. THIS GOES ON EVERY SINGLE DAY M-SAT. HE LEFT THE HOUSE THIS MORNING TO GO TO WORK AND IN A 30 MIN RIDE THEY CALLED 6 TIMES. HE TOLD THEM TO NEVER CALL HIS NUMBER AGAIN AND THEY WILL HANG UP AND CALL RIGHT BACK. I DO NOT FEEL I OWE THIS BALANCE AND THEY NEED TO QUIT TRYING TO COLLECT.

      They send people to youre home at 8 am to ask about a lease thats already in a payment plan no where in their lease does it state that their come to youre house if you miss a payment I was in a car accident not working obviously aware that I missed a payment I literally just return back to work yesterday and for the past two days both a man and a woman has came to my home not is only that harrasment but it shows poor customer service

      This is totally new and Im not able to explain, on two separate occasions men from this company have sat outside my home watching my house. Finally, a guy knocked on my door asking for my son they will not say what the business is although this is my home. Today another heavy set man shows up beating on my door as if the hinges were going to come off my front door, my pictures shook off my wall and I get up to see what business he had here he ask if my son was here I told him no and he states he couldnt tell me what he needed. I recorded him because I have a no trespass sign and its my home and if you have business here I should know or send him a letter. I told him that Im in a meeting and working so if he didnt want to speak to me the homeowner then they need to stop harassing me. I recorded this man as well as me telling him to stop coming to my house.

      I have used progressive leasing in the past and never had any issues. However on 9/17/2022 I received an email about a new lease which I did not open. It was done in ** and I live in *******. Called them and the agent said it didnt get delivered and the account was cancelled. Fast forward a week to find out he DIDNT cancel the account and the person who opened the account got the merchandise. I was hit by a category 5 hurricane and they closed the investigation into the fraud because I didnt turn in the paperwork when I had no internet and no phone due to this hurricane! I FINALLY was able to go to the library to leave this review. They are allowing fraudulent accounts to open without proper ID which is not ok!! CANCEL THIS FRAUD ACCOUNT!

      I was told upon purchasing the phones from the lease to own option from Progressive Lease To Own that my payments would be Monthly. Not Bi Weekly. And once signed it became bi weekly? The lady in the store ensured me it would be monthly. I have called Progressive every day since the day I bought the phones and I am on hold any where from (least time) 1 hour and today I have been on hold 1 hour 45 minutes and had to plug my phone in to charge. They have no way to email them- only call. They state call and they will help with changing your payment schedule but I cannot get them to answer. I need a response from them ASAP. Can you help me reach them?

      Progressive Leasing was contacted September 30, 2022 to cancel agreement to purchase a Mattress from Mattress Firm. The representative stated that it would take 10 business days before the refund would be credited back into my account; which would have been 10/15/22. October 15, 2022, I contacted Progressive Leasing to inform them that the refund was not in my account and was told that it would take another couple of days and to call back on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Today I received an email stating they just processed the refund and it would take another 10 days before I would receive a refund. This is unacceptable and the company is dishonest in the way their business is conducted. I would like to have my refund before another 10 days. This should be processed by Monday and at latest credited into my account by Tuesday. Their practices are very deceptive.

      On 6/26/2022 I agreed to purchase a laptop. Once received, I wanted to return it. I contacted Progressive and they didn't want to help, and told me to contact Best Buy (from where it came from) Best but told me to contact Progressive Leasing (after I already had.) So, I returned the product. Now I continue to be harassed daily.

      I bought a bed from ********************** on September 5th. I paid a down payment of $54. My payments would be 183/month for 12 months. I had to use Progressive Leasing to finance the bed. I got my bed and my payments would be to on the 1.st of every month. So the bed would cost over 2 grand when its all said and done. My first payment was due October 1st. My ex husband thought 2 grand for an 800 bed was outrageous. He gave me 800 on Friday, September 30th. I called Progressive Leasing and told them Id like to pay the total coast of the bed early. He told me it was $807.84. I paid that exact amount. Got an email stating my account was PAID IN FULL. So Im thinking Im good right? WRONG!!! I logged into my bank this morning and it showed an ACH payment of $183 was in the process of being taken from my account. I called Progressive Leasing and the guy I spoke to told me that yes my account will be paid in full with this new $183 payment. So its paid in full on Friday and now I still owe a payment. He lied and said that the payment was processed on Friday. He lied. They were processing that 183 this morning. Went to my bank and brought the email stating PAID IN FULL. My bank could not believe what he was seeing. They stopped the $183 payment and is now safeguarding my account so PL cannot access my account. ** stated that if they refund the 183 they would have to reopen my account. WAIT WHAT???? Reopen an account that is PAID IN FULL???? My bank canceled my debit card right away. Progressive Leasing are thieves. I am writing to anyone who will listen and hopefully do not make the same mistake I did. Shame on you Progressive Leasing for your scandalous, predatory ways. You are horrible!!!!
