- A three-day cooling-off period for a refund, minus the enrollment fee, is allowed beginning when a student receives their login and password ending three business days later. A student wanting to cancel within this time frame must notify the school in writing via email or certified letter, postmarked within the three-day period. A student wanting to cancel within 30 days of enrolling may be eligible but will have to pay a $399 admin fee.
