I wanted to try the gym for a month because i would be traveling. After getting back from travel i was going to get a year membership. It clearly stated i could cancel after a month, otherwise i would be charged monthly and a $25 fee to hold the price for a year. My wife and I both looked at the site for any cancelation fee and it did not mention it anywhere. Due to some last minute issues I was 4 days late canceling so they charged me the 25 plus the next month. I called and they said not only would they not refund that even though I hadn't been to the gym in 2 weeks. But also that because I canceled in less than 6 months there was a cancelation fee. So I had to pay another $100 to cancel. It was buried in the multiple page agreement somewhere. But not mentioned anywhere on the website nor anywhere in the sign up process. That means for trying the gym for a month, which was really only 2 weeks, I got charged $168.00 This is one of the least honest companies I have had experience with. I have no idea how your site gives them an A rating, incredibly frustrating.
