  ABC Professional Tree Services was recently hired by our power company, ********, to clear the tree line facing the power lines near our home in Vienna, VA. I just want to take a moment to commend them for the outstanding job they did.
  From start to finish, their team worked with impressive coordination, demonstrating both skill and efficiency. They were not only highly professional but also incredibly polite and communicative, ensuring that we understood the scope of their work and any necessary details. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in both the trimming and cleanup process were truly remarkable—our property looked immaculate when they were finished.
  What really stood out was how they went above and beyond expectations. It’s rare to see a team that takes such pride in their work, and their dedication was evident in every aspect of the job.   Horrible company. Trimmed trees along my road, cut wires left a mess. I called and left a message with an exceptionally rude receptionist to speak to a supervisor. Noone returned my call and then I was unable to call back (it appears my number was blocked). I had to call my city offices to fix the damage to the wires. The company is very unprofessional and hopefully will not be contracted by the city in my area again. Would not reccomend.

  ABC GF Ramiro met with the customer last week. There were some low hanging phone wires that branches got snugged on. We spoke with Dominion Forestry sup., he went out to site and confirmed that we had not done anything wrong. I have attached Ramiro note below.
  "It's being taken care of.
  There was no brush on the ground.
  The low cable .Is an old telephone line that got lower when we finished Trimming the tree.
  The city and Dominion came by said everything was fine.
  That we are not responsible for low cable lines.
  Lady still upset.
  But nothing I can do about it.."

  Tore down my mailbox. Trimmed trees to 8 feet without leaving any branches thus killing 35 year old decorative trees on private property more than 15 feet from a electric line. Left the branches blocking my driveway and piles in my dogs lead area. My dog got tangled and hurt her leg. It's been a week and a half and ABC has not picked up the branches yet.

  I myself have reached out twice (2/10 & 2/14) and left a voicemail for Ms. Gabourel to call me back so I may get more information regarding her review. I had our general foreman who works in Woodville (zip 75979) reach out to her & he did several times. He too has never received a return call. Without additional information we are not able to investigate and address her concerns. I have sent her an email today in the hope she will respond or call.
