Refund and Exchange Policy

Non refundable  deposit of $2500 required with contract to begin plan design. The $2500 retainer is credited back to the customer upon signing the build contract at which 5% is due.  Per the TAB contract, if customers terminate during plan design, they are obligated to pay for Kurk Homes time to complete the plans, or pay for the plans at $1.50/sq ft. less the $2500.

For build contracts that terminate, we will refund whatever of the 5% that we did not spend toward preconstruction if construction has not commenced. Once construction has commenced, the homeowner will be required to fulfill the payment obligation with no refund available as draws are requested after stags of construction are completed.
