    We had a great experience with Kurk Homes. ***** and his crew were wonderful throughout the process! Always quick to answer questions (even if they were dumb questions!) and very detailed as he built our beautiful home! We have been in the home a month and ***** has answered more questions and made himself available anytime we needed anything. Which has not been often! We are very satisfied with the quality and service we received throughout the process.

    My husband and I chose Kurk Homes to build our custom home and I'm so glad we did. The owners, Chris and Melanie, are wonderful people and a pleasure to work with.
    Our construction manager Oscar was fantastic, and he was always available anytime we needed anything. He kept us well informed during construction on what was happening and when it would happen all the way to completion. We are living in our new home now and we couldn't be happier with it. The quality of home they build is really remarkable.
    We worked with Richard and Brian on the few little warranty items we've had, and they've been great. Resolving everything in a matter of a few weeks.
    I would highly recommend Kurk Homes to anyone looking to build a custom home. If I ever find myself needing to build another home, I will trust no one but Kurk Homes!!!

    When my wife and I located the subdivision that we wanted to build our dream home in and realized that the builder that owned the lot was Kurk Homes we were extremely excited to have them build our home based on their reputation, warranty and quality they represented. My wife and I can honestly say they never disappointed us. Their advertisement is spot on when they state that "at Kurk Homes it is all about you". Chris and Melanie and their entire staff was always extremely helpful and answered each and every question my wife and I had. Through the entire process of finalizing the home plans, starting construction and helping us manage each and every detail we wanted in the home their construction superintendent - Oscar M***** Melanie and Chris were always there to answer questions and provide recommendations and support. Kurk Homes does builds a quality product and the finished home is exactly what we had envisioned. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

    My husband and I chose Kurk Homes out of the many builders that we interviewed because of their build quality and their dedication to customer service. We are in the midst of building our forever home and we couldn’t be more excited to see our finished product. Melanie and Chris have worked with us though various stages of the build, they are the heart and sole of Kurk Homes. Paul was forthcoming in the initial sales process and assisted us through the design and finalization of the house plans. A shout out to Steven who was so very patient while working with us through the actual design of the house and the many, many changes that it went through to arrive at the final product. Even though the build got off to a rough start due to the complexity of our lot, Lorenzo has been an amazing asset to our build. He is the boots on the ground of the project and makes sure that everyone and everything is happening when it should happen and coordinating all the chaos that happens around the build. He always has a smile and is ready to help any time. My husband and I couldn’t be more impressed with the build quality of our home. Chris and his team have ensured that our home will stand the test of time by employing the highest level of construction practices and employees. We highly recommend this company and every single person on their team that ensures you have the best experience when building your next home. We can’t wait to share our completed forever home once it is completed.

    We moved into our Kurk built home in May. There were some minor issues with punchlist items, which is normal. Bryan ********, and Peter ******** have been great, helpful , and timely getting out in front of the problems and issues...no questions asked. Trace has been there with Peter. Hard worker, and does excellent work. Jeffrey ******** was our designer, and he was excellent during our build process. They build a good home.

    Brian ******** at Kurk Homes did such a great job preparing our new home and he was quick and efficient. Also, Brian went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us move furniture and boxes!
