    My experience with this company is very positive. I ordered a cover for my new golf cart. It arrived sooner than expected. After a week I had a snag with it. I contacted customer service. Once I explained what happened, they apologized and immediately said they would send a replacement. I’m just 5 days, I had the replacement. I have no complaints; they were awesome!

    I ordered a Kawasaki cover. It didnt fit right. Dew sat on the cover. Water from ran stood. I went to customer service for a return. They wanted pictures. Then still denied the return. Not a good quality product. Horrible customer service.

    Car covers factory is by far the worst online business I have ever bought from. I ordered a specific jetski cover and then 2 days later my jetski was stolen from right out of my driveway...trailer and all! I kindly asked for a return slip for my unopened cover still perfectly in the box un touch which they requested a ridiculous amount of pictures of! Then they refused to send me a return slip because it was "not a fit issue"....why would you want an opened product over an unopened product??!?!? and i dont know if there was possibly a fit issue because i never got to try it on. i had to drive 25 minutes in a monsoon to the post office to spend over $20 to ship this back....if i did not do so they threatened to take a 30% "restocking fee" from my refund for AN UNOPENED BOX. This is why amazon will continue to beat small companies like this because car cover factory is selfish and rude and i hope they go out of business.

    Bought a premium golf cart cover which is supposed to be for heavy outdoor use and trailerable. When received I could see there was no way to trust this on a trailer with one small belt and buckle they provide. That aside, the zipper tore off mine on day number 34 of ownership. Just outside the 30 day window, I called and sent pictures and received an email back saying it is under warranty but the shipping will cost $45.99 roughly a third of the original cost.

    The shipping cost is depend on the weight of the cover. Another factor is that the couriers increased the shipping cost due to high price of fuel in the global market.

    The WORST car covers I’ve ever purchased, 2 covers less than 6 months old are deteriorating before my eyes. When I made the first complaint, they told me that the cover I ordered had been out of stock co they upgraded me which I never knew, they did replace it but wanted me to pay shipping, why, they sold me a defective product and after back n forth texting they sent it no shipping charge and now, the 2nd one I purchased (not the replacement) is falling apart, these covers are CRAP! I have no idea where they get so many good reviews when BOTH my covers have done the exact same thing, all they’ve done is sit on the cars since April of this year, spring and through summer, had a thunderstorm and just deteriorating and hoping I can post pictures. I would NEVER purchase these again or refer them, they supposedly have 10 year warranties, they did replace the first one but will they continue to replace covers if they only last 6 months??!! The email response is good from a lady who’s name starts with a J but that’s where it ends. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these covers, I spent over $300 on crap, waiting to hear back on the second cover. Car covers.com, the WORST

    I ordered and received two Jet Ski covers. They seemed OK, but each tore apart when I took them on their first significant road trip. I called per their stated “life time guarantee” and was told they would send out new covers, although it would cost $70 in S&H. They gave no indication that these would be of better quality, and I didn’t like the idea of sending them $70 every time I wanted to use what would be, in effect, a disposable cover. So I moved on. Wish I would have checked BBB first.

    Our cover come with lifetime warranty, we provide free cover, but we do not cover the shipping cost.
    We already offered cheaper shipping fee but we never received any response from the customer.
