    Said the golf cart cover was in stock. If so, why did it take 12 days from Texas to FL. There were no color choices. It came in a golden tan color, ugly at best. They say you will get a tracking number within 24 hours, (WRONG!) no notice on when it was shipped, no tracking number was provided. I called after 9 days asking about the cover. They said the material was just getting in and will be shipping it out very soon. My take on this is there are no covers in stock. They wait for an order then they put it in production, thus the 12-day time frame. There was no invoice in the box in case you need to return the cover, and no markings on the cover as to front, sides, back. No way to do business.

    Beware ! They sent me a table cover when I ordered a golf cart cover. Then refused to make good on their error. Didn't trust me that the table cover didn't fit when it had a table on the tag on the cover. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They still won't make good . ****** don'y buy from these people.

The table cover in question was purchased in March, and we were only contacted recentlywell beyond the return period.Additionally, the original packaging has been discarded, which unfortunately prevents us from verifying that the product is indeed from our warehouse. While this is an unusual situation and not something weve encountered before, we strive to act in good faith. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to send a replacement cover, but this offer was declined.We remain committed to providing fair and reasonable solutions. In this case, we believe the replacement offer was an appropriate resolution given the circumstances. We regret that a refund is not applicable for this order, as it falls outside our return policy guidelines.We appreciate your understanding and are still open to working with you toward a satisfactory resolution.Sincerely,*****

    Hello , I received cover for my 97 heritage springer , placing order shipping and receiving was very satisfying . It is ok fit - would be better if cover is slightly bigger , overall satisfied. The only one I didnt like and got little bit disappointed was lock and cable - so small and tiny .

    Two day shipping,took 7 days . Cover is too big lay on ground and too big up top. Bought because it was supposed to be a custom fit for a c-4 corvette.Would never buy again

    Purchased a "waterproof" Car cover that in fact did NOT repel rain. The car was as wet as if there was no cover on it. The cover is of a decent quality, but if it is advertised as waterproof, it should at least do that. Not happy and would like a full refund.

    I received a premium truck cover for my 2021 ****** Tundra. I was very pleased with the heft and softness of the fabric. I put it on and it fits. There are two straps to pass under the vehicle that connect the bottom edges of the cover, plus one pair of grommets for installing a light cord or the enclosed locking cable. It's quite a trick to fold and roll it up so it fits in the included bag, but I think it will go better with practice. It should provide good protection against the elements. I have a couple of old quilted mattress pads to throw across the hood and roof for use underneath the cover, if I need to protect from large hail. All in all, a quality product!
