  This place is unethical, despicable and diabolical. They towed my truck after asking me if I was the owner. I responded yes while my son was present because I was in the process of moving things out of my apartment. The tow truck driver named Joseph saw us carrying boxes and items to the truck. As we went back to the apartment to retrieve more items, 5 minutes later we come out and the truck is gone with all of my items along with keys to my new place that my dog was stranded in and I had no access to. Mind you everyone who moves in or out parks along side of the entry way to have easier access. I proceed to call the company and they tell me the vehicle has no permit - well that’s apparent because the vehicle was being used to move out of a residence and was not in a parking spot. This place is a disgrace and extremely unethical. But nothing good will come to a business like this. Ideal towing has no integrity and no moral business practices.

  This company is a disgrace. They towed my vehicle recklessly and caused damage to my vehicle. They refuse to be of any assistance and they claims department is just an email were no one responds. My insurance even though full coverage will make me pay a high deductible for damage I didn’t cause. They will not even give corporate so that they can be served for court. Will never recommend this company and all businesses that uses this company need to rethink their decision. They don’t even take you vehicle to their personal lot. It’s a storage lot that doesn’t have anything to do with their company. They only get one star because I can’t leave a review without one.

  We are a Private Property Towing Company hired by property owners and we are licensed by TDLR. We where never hired by this indiviual.

  This is not a good company to call to get some one else vehicle remove from a reserved spot that you pay for. I have been living at my residence for five years and my reserve spot have been occupied with non payer. I will be contacting my leasing office as usual to inform them to find a company. This is ridiculous. I have been sitting in my vehicle since 3am, no call from the driver yet.

  This is an issue between the Resident and the Leasing office. We are called out by the leasing office to remove cars at their request.

  Ideal Towing is a complete joke. Dispatch woman is very rude and it’s been 4 1/2 hours since I called about a vehicle who is parked in my reserved parking spot. No call back from the driver or the company and I still can’t park my truck in the spot I pay for.

  The leasing office denied the Residents request in this case. We can't do much about that.
