      It took 10 days to get my replacement phone, truly unacceptable customer service with no updates. I had to call my provider to call for the block and tackle excuses. I agree with the other comments it would have been easier to purchase a NEW phone.

      I've had a really great experience with this company, I filed A claim quick and easy and when I had issues with the first replacement device they replaced it ever very next day after I called and talked about my issues with it! I would highly recommend ******** to anyone!

      Dropped my phone causing glass screen to crack and shatter in several places. Was unable to call regarding my service plan till that evening (Tuesday 07/22/2025). Received my replacement phone on Wednesday 7/23/2025 by 2:00 pm. Box included a postage paid mailer to return the broken phone. Thank you for the quick, friendly service. ******* *******, very satisfied customer.

      I only paid $40 for my lost replacement .The phone costs $250 to buy new.Well worth the low cost protection plan.
