    They use deceptive tactics to get money out of you 1. $25 for course- pay $20 extra to get driving record,2. Once you pay the above fee, they will ask for additional $9 & $39 for emailing you the driving record & certificate. At this time, they have already deducted $45 from you. So you can see what methods they use to scam you,3. They email you the course completion certificate within an hour of completing it, but will not emailing you the driving record- you call *********** will say that pay extra for expedited service or wait 1 to 2 days.4. you can get your driving record instantly at DPS website by paying $12.5. It seems there are other courses who mentions about all charges upfront & are much cheaper. Imagine paying $40 for email delivery of your certificate.

    SCAM ALERT!! They force you to pay an additional $30 just to received the certificate. Then they automatically enrolls you in an additional $10 a month if you don't send an email stating you don't want the membership plan. All in the fine print. Don't trust this company!! I paid over 100 for 1 defensive driving course.

    As stated by others the "$25" they advertise is not the full cost. First is a mandatory $3, then $30 for an email copy, and on top of that they try and get you to enroll in other features after you complete the course. Also they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Not sure if the BBB can do anything about it but they also advertise that they are BBB accredited (which is not true). This company should be reported for fraudulent business practices at a minimum.

    The course this business offered was fine for what I needed. I just needed a quick and easy traffic school to complete and this fulfilled that. However, this business will try to take any extra money they can from you through "express delivery" of a certificate or "extra fast email processing of certificate" and they won't stop emailing you about it. Very deceptive and somewhat slimey. Why would you charge an extra $30 to have a PDF emailed? Because they can and they take advantage of your desire to get your court process done as quick as possible. Because I wanted to get this process taken care of as quick as possible, I paid $40 to have a next day delivery of my physical certificate to my house and it was never delivered. Furthermore, they automatically enroll you in a monthly subscription to take "continuing education courses" with them for $9.95. I didn't even know I was subscribed until they charged me. Their contact forms are useless. Haven't received a response from anyone and I'm filing a bank dispute for these charges.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband took this course for new employee ent received his certificate and now they will not quit charging my card $9.95 EVERY month.
