Website is misleading and practices are predatory. Advertises $25 Defensive Driving course. Takes payment info then gives option to have certificate emailed for $39.99 which we chose instead of waiting **** days by standard mail. Other expedited options available as well via standard mail. Son finished course and as he was finishing it he was given remotes to select to have email expedited which he thought I had paid for already. This charged another $14.95. Then when he couldnt open the pdf the school informed him he input in wrong ID# which they charged another $10 to fix then another $10 to resend it. When asked that they return the expedited fee they said this was required to receive email as soon as possible even though website states standard email takes 1 day. I understand being charged a fee for an error on my sons part but to charge twice for email delivery is predatory. Prices are not clearly listed on website except for $25 class and you are only informed of pricing after you input in credit card info. Email was more expensive than class. Correcting error on certificate was also more than class. Additionally there is nowhere in portal to verify drivers license number that is required on certificate but theres a portal where contact and billing info is listed full transparency ensures that errors like this arent made and when they are made they are easily corrected.
