  I am stuck with these solar panels with huge loan on it. Frustrated as other customers here. Want to sell the house but cant sell with these solar panels and on the top of that with that loan on it cant leave it. Feels like my life stuck here. Very upset

  Has anyone found a solution to this issue? Our panels aren't even a year old and they aren't producing as they should. Since the company got to bail out on everyone so, there is no service agreement to fix the issue. Like everyone else we are stuck paying a huge bill for a product that doesn't work, and our electric bill on top of that! Isn't there some legal avenue of justice for those of us who got screwed? This could push us into bankruptcy! Can wew do a class action, or is there nothing to get out of them?

  I had similar issues with this company last year like most others on here. The company seemed very professional in the beginning and the panels arrived and were installed within a week of agreeing and signing. Afterward is when the issues started. They almost acted like they were done with me as I got nothing but excuses. Months went by with no activity going on and finally, I got fed up and began calling every other day for over a month until I got the repairs down and eventually, the panels turned on. My current dilemma is all the additional fees that I paid I was told covered maintenance and relocation of the panels and electrical for the life of the loan but now I see online that the company filed bankruptcy and all forms of contact with them not working. I do not know if there is a next step that I can take besides lawyering up and maybe that too will be a waist of money.

  I had a solar system installed by this company in October *************************************************************************************************************************************** ***** and I'm still trying to get a technician out here to fix this system that is not communicating with Enphase and I have a $900 Bill and I'm still paying full price on my electricity with Entergy this company was a complete scam all of ** here need to band together and do a class action lawsuit because they ran away with our money and wasted our time

  Horrible. A complete nightmare that is going to cost us dearly. Sold to ** by Vivint, financed by dividend bank. Panels installed in October of 2022 and then the project was abandoned. The company never got HOA approval for our neighborhood so we get to pay those fees plus the monthly installment for the panels and entergy for any actual electricity since the panels arent connected and dont work. Inspections were never done before the company went bankrupt leaving ** with no tax credits, no warrantys, and way of getting the panels covered by insurance. All this while the finance company still collects and we are on the hook for a ****** system that cant be used. Im beyond livid and heartbroken. Completely scammed with no way out.

  My Solar panel system was installed on 8/3/22. I've had electrical work scheduled many times, dates 9/28/22, 11/28/22, 12/1/22 and 12/22/22. No one ever shows up and I don't get notified on what is going on. I called customer service many times got the automated system puts me on hold for an available representative and after sometime it says we are having technical difficulties call back later. I called the number the sales representative gave me that ones said mailbox full. I also communicated through text with ****** many times before I've sent her texts and no answer from her either. We've been making our solar panel payments since October 2022 plus our electricity bill. This was not what we signed up for. We feel scammed and it is VERY UPSETTING, STRESSFUL, and FRUSTRATING no communication whatsoever very unprofessional. As of January 2023 we were informed Alternative Solar has filed for Bankruptcy. We are stuck with non working Solar panels and a payment. This ************* didn't keep their end of the bargain, filed for Bankruptcy and got out, but we get the s*** end of the stick. Anyone looking to file a lawsuit please include us. We deserve some justice.

  Had solar panels installed but have not been connected. Been paying on the bill plus our electric bill and can not get a hold of anyone. Phone number is disconnected, website is gone. We were scammed. They kept our money but breached the contract. How is it theyre allowed to get away with this? Wheres the justice for us all?

  I would give a negative. GOODleap claims they filed bankruptcy and no longer in business. My solar never got COMPLETELY INSTALLED. They did not returned calls and now I am stuck looking for my own technician to complete the process. I wish I had done my research with this company. ****** learn at a pricey cost

  We signed up in July and our system was never connected we had a guy come out last week to connect it to wifi and he stated it was producing I called Goodleap and they said Alternative Solar is no longer in business. For those of you getting an attorney please include us in what is bound to be a class action law suit.

  Negative 5 stars. I got panels from this company April 2022. Once that happened they were very hard to get in touch with no one ever called back. Finally fast forwarding to November 2022 Electrician came to my home to program emphase and there is still an error message. I find out January 2 of 2023 that they went out of business or something. My panels are still not live. I am now paying an electric bill and for my monthly solar panels and my panels are still not live. They told no one Im sure not just me that they were going out of business. Now ** having a hard time finding a company that will fix the error and take me as a customer. They told no one that is not right I called numerous of companies and all said they only serve is there ********. February 19 of 2023 my contract ends with my energy provider so I am stuck between month to month a new contract because Im trying to get these panels situated that I am currently paying for these are meant to save people money, and since Ive had them, Ive been paying more money than saving. My energy bill is roughly $550 a month. Next I will be opening a lawsuit and just suing them for the total amount of the panels.
