            To whom it may concern;I took my truck into Nogalitos Gear Transmission Shop on August 15, 2022 to get fix and till this day I dont know what exactly happened to my truck and what parts were needed to get replaced and why. ************************* would not have the Courtesy to call me and give me a update on my truck. With this being said. I would call him and I would have to leave voice messages to call me back and nothing. I would go to the Shop and that ********** left early. ********** wont provide specific information as to what the situation is with ************ husband and I and our friend went by and asked him directly if he can provide us with a update and just said he order some parts and is waiting on the parts to come in. ********* has been telling me this from the beginning till this day. My second to the last conversation with ************ asked ********** can you please tell me what specific parts have came in and what specific parts are we still pending and he replied parts ****** it doesnt make any difference . I responded yes, because its my truck and it has been in the shop since August and I still dont have my Truck and I rely on my truck for transportation its a need for my family and I to get to and from in and that I was going thru a lot of transportation difficulties and he responded that is the same S*** everyone tells him. This is what ********** has been telling me the times I have been able to talk to him. I asked ********** to provide me with an itemized receipt of what parts I was getting charged for and to know what parts got replaced the day when I paid ********** in Full and he didnt provide me with one. He prolonged it and prolonged it till Friday November 04, 2022 at 10:00 am I went to his Shop and He provided me with a paper that just has a list of parts for a ****** Vitara Transmission and not the itemized receipt . I feel that ********** is not honoring my warranty on my truck and I still dont have my truck.Please help my family and I .

            I highly do not recommend. They over charge & did a poor job. Transmission was supposed to be rebuilt costed me 2400$ and it didn't last 10 months took it back still under warranty. 2 mths later my truck was done but they wanted to charge me 450. I didn't think I should be charged anything since it was under warranty when I brought *********** that they said it wasn't done needed a sensor. That was on back order went to pick it up anyway they had it tore apart once again. Finally when I Said I want my truck it was barely running had to jump it 5 x to get home and trans seems to want to fall out. And they also took off the catalytic converter. They are real shady don't trust them with ur vehicle.
