      To whom it may concern;I took my truck into Nogalitos Gear Transmission Shop on August 15, 2022 to get fix and till this day I dont know what exactly happened to my truck and what parts were needed to get replaced and why. ************************* would not have the Courtesy to call me and give me a update on my truck. With this being said. I would call him and I would have to leave voice messages to call me back and nothing. I would go to the Shop and that ********** left early. ********** wont provide specific information as to what the situation is with ************ husband and I and our friend went by and asked him directly if he can provide us with a update and just said he order some parts and is waiting on the parts to come in. ********* has been telling me this from the beginning till this day. My second to the last conversation with ************ asked ********** can you please tell me what specific parts have came in and what specific parts are we still pending and he replied parts ****** it doesnt make any difference . I responded yes, because its my truck and it has been in the shop since August and I still dont have my Truck and I rely on my truck for transportation its a need for my family and I to get to and from in and that I was going thru a lot of transportation difficulties and he responded that is the same S*** everyone tells him. This is what ********** has been telling me the times I have been able to talk to him. I asked ********** to provide me with an itemized receipt of what parts I was getting charged for and to know what parts got replaced the day when I paid ********** in Full and he didnt provide me with one. He prolonged it and prolonged it till Friday November 04, 2022 at 10:00 am I went to his Shop and He provided me with a paper that just has a list of parts for a ****** Vitara Transmission and not the itemized receipt . I feel that ********** is not honoring my warranty on my truck and I still dont have my truck.Please help my family and I .

      *************** is not being truthfull .   She wanted a list of the parta and I gave her a list of the parts .  After she got the list , about 2 weeks later she asked for reciepts and I don't give reciepts.   I have spoken to her and her husband that parts had been ordered and we were waiting for parts to come in.   With all the transportation problems and all the parts on the ships at sea we have not been able to recieve parts on a regular basis.  

      I did speak to *************** and told her thet the parts had come in and we were starting to build her transmission.  I was unaware she had filed a complaint , but I did speak to her today.   We will try to get her vehicle our as quick as possible, and I explained that to her today.  

      She had driven her car for about 6 months and the she started having problems , we, however, are trying our best to complete the repairs and get her on her way.  If you have any questions feel free to call me.    Thank You and God Bless.

      Good evening ****************, 

      Hope you are doing well. 

      **************** I did upload the list of parts that ************************* provided me on Friday November 04, 2022 at 10:00 am.  This is the list ************************* gave me. What my husband and I had requested from ********** was a Itemized Receipt that showed what parts he replaced and what parts ************************* was charging us for and as you can see this list of parts ************************* provided me does NOT have the information my husband and I requested. Which I feel that as my husband and I have every right to know what we are paying for and receive a Itemized Receipt for our record to know what work has been done on our truck. 

      As far as weeks later of me asking for a receipt that is also untrue. My husband and I requested a receipt from day one when my my husband and I payed him. I also uploaded these receipts to you **************** and in ************************* response in the Message From Business: ************************* typed I don't give receipts.

      **************** in his response in Message From Business : ************************* mentions that I had been driving my car for six months. Which is also untrue for the same day I picked up my truck from ************************* shop on Thursday September 08, 2022 at 10:00 am on same day I got stranded at my daughters school. I called ************************* and mentioned to ************************* that my truck had just turned off and ************************* responded for me to tow it to his shop. I asked ************************* if he could send me a tow truck and he responded he would  need to charge me. After ************************* response I decided to call a tow truck. The people from towing mentioned that the truck would arrived at ************************* shop after 5:00 pm. I mentioned this to ************************* for his shop closes at 5:00 pm and ************************* mentioned that one of his workers was going to stay later. 

      After all I didn't use a tow truck for my daughters teacher saw that my daughter and I were stranded and  my daughters teacher offer to give my truck battery a jump start. That didn't work so my daughters teacher offer to take my daughter and I to Oreilly Auto parts to get a battery, but that only helped to get home and in the time that my family and I had the truck we probably only drove it if any like a week for I didn't feel secure in the truck for when I picked up the truck back on Thursday September 08, 2022 I got on the truck and got off and went to talk to ************************* for when I put it in drive it Jerk me forward and when I put it in reverse it did it as well. I asked ************************* why my truck was doing that and ************************* said test drive it and bring it back in two to three weeks to check if it is leaking oil. So in the time we drove it as I mentioned to you **************** about a week if any in the time I had it at my house my truck would always do this and then it also wouldn't take the reverse. Please help my family and I *****************

      **************** in the week we drove it it was not a whole day or everyday it was every other day and if any 30 minutes to an hour if any for it was when my husband had time or  when our friend had time to test drive it. May I remind you that in the times we did test drive it it would always jerk you forward when putting it in drive and when putting it in reverse and not taking the reverse. As you can see my truck is having transmission problems.

      I wasn't able to take back the truck sooner for my husband didn't have time to take it back as when ************************* had the shop Open and we didn't have the funds for towing it back. With this being said we did NOT DRIVE THE ***** SIX MONTHS as ************************* says.

      We having been going thru a lot of transportation issues for the reason of my truck been in ************************* Shop. My family and I rely on our truck to get to and from every day. My family and I need our truck for our daily transportation and needs. 

      My husband and I and our Friend took back the truck on Monday November 12, 2022 at 9:00 am.  

      With this being said **************** as you can see we had the truck for nine weeks NOT for six months

      **************** can you please help us in ************************* honoring our warranty on our truck and add the time in which ************************* had our truck just parked in his shop to our Extended Warranty in the Twelve (12) months as it states in the warranty, please. 

      My family and I would greatly appreciated.

      As far as ************************* speaking to me on Friday January 13, 2023 that is correct I spoke to him around 1:05 pm and ************************* did mentioned to me that all parts had came in and that they were going to start to build the transmission. 

      With this being said. Please **************** please help us in that ************************* does follow thru in honor our warranty on our truck and does make it right, please.

      That ************************* does do what he says, please.

      ************* recieved a parts list , yet she keeps asking for another parts list . *************** had trouble with her car and she thought it was the transmission.   I believe it turned to be her battery that was probably weak.   I know that whatever problems she has with her vehicle , she will blame us fot it.   That's the type of person she is .  

      We have completed her vehicle and i have tried calling her but she did not answer.   She continues to come after hours when i am not here and that is not necesary .  

      Please advise her that her vehicle is ready to be picked up.  I have no idea why she thought we would not repair it under warranty , it is under wqrranty and we did honor her warranty .   Thank You for your consideration.

      I am rejecting this response because:I feel ************************* is being untruthful for the reason that ************************* says I received a parts list in his message from business which I have PDF  what ************************* gave me on Friday November 04, 2022. On this day May I just say that what my husband and I requested from day one was a itemized receipt with the breakdown of everything we were getting charged for and what was replaced.

        I asked him what is this? He said the list you ask me for . I responded I had asked you ************************* for an Itemized receipt showing the parts that had been replaced on the truck as far as what we my husband and I were getting charged for so we can have for our record.

      ************************* responded o no ****** .

      So with that said. 

      My husband and I NEVER did received a itemized receipt for our record to know what parts got replaced and what parts we got charged for.

      ********** mentions also on his response that ************** which ************************* misspelled my last name it's ****** that I thought because I was having trouble with my car that it was the transmission and ************************* continues to say that He believes (*************************) that it turned out to be my battery.

      I'm sorry what does a battery have to do with a transmission problem.

      I was experiencing issues as far as not being able to reverse and my truck was jerking when I would go from park to drive which till this day it still is  I brought this up to ************************* attention and ************************* says that that is not a problem? Which I feel I can't understand how that can be true.It also jerks me from reverse to drive?

      Then if it was my battery as ************************* mentioned then why were we (my husband and I ) waiting on parts to come in for my truck? As far as he says i didn't answer that is also untrue for I answered but the call had already hanged up. *********** called me yesterday Thursday January 26, 2023 at 3:39 pm and I returned his call at 3:44 pm same day. also I have PDF the receipts I received when I picked up truck first time ********** said my truck was ready on Thursday September 08, 2022 at 10:09 am (it has date on top as August 15, 2022)and compare the mileage to receipt to receipt date Thursday January 26, 2023 and look at both receipts . 

      On receipt dated August 15, 2022  the mileage on receipt is 91742. 

       

      On receipt dated Thursday January 26, 2023 it has 247260?

       

      May I just say I don't understand the difference on the mileage if you can please help me understand why the mileage is different from when I brought it in?

      I would like to know what was done and why the mileage was changed?

       

      I would like to say  that on Thursday September 08, 2022 at 10:09 am when I picked up truck from Nogalitos Gear Transmission was at 91767.

       

      Please help ** in this matter we would greatly appreciated Thank You .
