Refund and Exchange Policy
Owner (s) has 7 days to cancel contract for any reason. However, if work has been performed during the
7 days of this right to cancel, then the Company will refund a portion of the monies given to the Company as
payment. The Company will deduct the cost of the work that has been performed and refund whatever is
remaining. If there has been no work done to the property, then there will be a cancellation fee of $500.00.
