October 15th 2021 hired to do a roofer replacement due to storm damage They started working on the roof and they had the old roof removed and a few sheet of plywood removed as well as all the roof vents . Then a Rain storm rolled in and the was nothing to stop the rain from flooding my attic, which cause major water damage to my insulation and ceiling sheetrock .. I told *** and he said he would fix all the damage caused by the rain. I was assured that the temporary felt would be replace because it was put down during the rain storm in a rush once again *** promised it would be done .But the next morning they just roofed right over the improperly installed felt. Other problem such as the wrong nail being used to nail down the plywood and not using h clips which are both required to meet current building code for San Antonio plus they were reusing old flashing , vents and water diverters which all should have been replaced with new..I had three contactors come out and give me estimates to replace the insulation, damaged sheetrock, texture and paint .. I called and text *** and told him about how much it was going to cost. He told me that he would contact his insurance company I said that fine at this point i asked what was his insurance companies name and that took him a few days. I asked for the policy number and calm number he could not give either one to me at this point I start to get nervous that's the start of *** not answering my calls or texts. so at this point i went on line with the building permit office and ones again *** said he pulled the permits which he did not so i called and asked why there no permit and made up some story it took a few days and he lied to the building department and pulled one after the work was so call completed in his eyes. So at this point his insurance said that they are not going to pay for the damages. I can not get Alon roofing/*** to call me to make arrangements for on how they are going to pay for the damagesBusiness response

Its unfortunate that you are dissatisfied with the service we provided, however, weve completed your roof replacement in a timely manner according to the scope of the contract. We have pictures and witnesses that disprove your allegations. Our insurance adjuster told us to give you their contact information to talk to them and you refused. You defiantly continued to call us asking for information after we gave you the adjusters number and claim number to ask him for information you inquired about. You are claiming that we were the cause of interior damages estimated over $5,000 which couldnt have been caused by a brief **** minute pop up shower. These interior damages already existed as you stated due to a tree that fell from your backyard back in the Spring of 2021. You continue to harass us and you refuse to comply after you have been told to stop. As of yet, you have not paid the balance owed for the completion of the roof replacement. You are in breach of the contract that states that payment is due upon completion.Customer response
