    We had a sewer backup that we placed a claim with our home warranty company for. They assigned us Zeus Plumbing to check things out. The tech diagnosed a clog under the house specifically under the fireplace in our living room. He could not unclog it with the auger so he tried to do it with a high pressure water flush. After unclogging, he said that the pipe was now broken under the porch, which he wouldve been able to see when he first looked at the clog, because he had gone from the clean out with the camera, auger, and water flush. They quoted us $4875 to repair the sewer pipe and we scheduled with them to repair it on May 16th, paying half up front and thinking that some of it would be covered by home insurance and warranty. We learned that it would not be covered at all and do not have the money to pay right now so I called to cancel on May 15th, they said they understood.May 16th I called again to ask when we would get our deposit back since no work had been done. They stated that there is a 25% fee that they keep no matter what. They would not provide an itemized receipt for any equipment or items that had been rented/ purchased for the job. I would understand if they kept deposit money to cover their expenses that they had accrued to cover themselves. $1200 with no explanation is shady, greedy business though. I hope that their morals and practices change in the future or that everyone learns of their way of business.

    Our home warranty sent these fools out & they sent a kid to access a gas hot water heater that is still not fixed. This has been a week long ordeal. They do not return calls & I have had to call the complaint to to my home warranty & waiting for resolution but still have NO HOT water in my home. Between *************** Home warranty customers are not a priority at all. My next step is disputing the charge to my card since I have received zero service & no proper reply from either company.
