      The Watts-Guerra firm is "representing" me as a claimant in the 3M ear plug lawsuit. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and cannot get through. Messages have been left with no follow up. I have questions regarding my case and would like to speak with someone. One of the numbers I was given is no longer in service. Not impressed with the level of service or professionalism from this firm so far. Please return my call.

      This law firm is representing me in the 3m lawsuit. The deadline is tomorrow to sign my documents. I have contacted this office via email and via phone with every number listed over 25 times a day for the last week. I have yet to have get the answers I need in order to pursue my claim. I only receive and automated message with the incorrect documents still in my email to sign. I need this rectified immediately in order to continue my claim. This business practice is absolutely unprofessional. This company should not be handling these mass claims if they dont have the man power to take care of the claimants.

      I hereby assert that Watts Guerra LLP, acting as my legal representative in the litigation against 3M, has demonstrated significant negligence in managing my case. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to appropriately process essential paperwork, thereby obstructing my ability to meet court-mandated deadlines. Furthermore, the firm has implemented a telephonic communication system which I allege to be fraudulent, characterized by non-responsive behavior and a lack of follow-through on callbacks. The contact information provided by Watts Guerra LLP, including telephone numbers and email addresses, appears to lead to ineffective channels, effectively rendering them non-operational. This conduct, I believe, constitutes a direct breach of recent court orders mandating the timely submission of claimant information into ******** portal. As a result of these actions, or lack thereof, by Watts Guerra LLP, my ability to comply with the lawsuit's procedural requirements has been severely compromised, due to their failure to fulfill their duties as my appointed legal counsel.

      I Filed a Case with this Law Firm. I have nit heard anything from them. They have all my Information. I have a Legitimate *********** Claim. They have never called me. I have Dialed 30 Numbers you can't get anyone on the phone at all. I think this is a Scam. I almost always never ever take these calls or give my information. I got the Information from a friend. The People I Spoke to was on Indian Decent. I had a ***************** phone number. I called months later and a changed number

      Watta Guerra law first was picked to do my daughters Tylenol Autism case. I didnt do much research when following through with them helping me file my daughters claim. Now after reading there reviews and seeing how they are really for themselves I called and asked that they send me a letter stating that I dont want them to proceed with filing the claim for my daughter. They are saying that it could be days to weeks before me not wanting to proceed could get approved. All I am asking for is a letter that they will no longer be helping me. I dont feel that it should take longer then a day. All I am asking for is a letter that they are closing out the claim. As quick as they took on the file I want them to close it. The reviews that I read were horrible.

      Hello, 

      Our Mass Tort docket, which includes our Autism case the client is referencing takes a lot of initial screening information (records of purchasing the medication and use during pregnancy that could have occurred years ago). The litigation process is also lengthy, as we warn clients. To help appease the length of the case, we send out monthly newsletters, video updates, and other materials to explain to clients what is going on in their case. What some people do not realize is that lawsuits, especially ones like this, can take years which is not always ideal, but that is how the court system works.

      To address the paperwork being returned - just like a lawsuit, the process for closing out one also takes time. The client is more than happy to contact us in the many methods we have provided in our updates in order to receive updates on everything. I will have someone contact the client internally to help clarify and resolve any questions they might have.

      I keep getting emails about missing documents. I have tried to contact Watts for the 3M case. I have uploaded the same documents probably dozens of times now over a few years, and nobody ever replies to the emails, and nobody ever replies to the email that they keep referring me to for "correspondence".I want a reply from someone.
