If I could leave 0 stars I would. This law firm has Never contacted me directly about submitting Documents to support my 3M litigation Claim. I have reached out to them almost daily for past 2 months to verify the Documents that I have for this case. They have never once called me back for any reason. This is the last day to submit my Documents and I would really like to speak to a representative that can assist me with my claim and the documents that I have.

i have nothing but issues getting a hold of anyone in that office. Calls, Emails and nothing in return, its getting old and im not the only one that has them that has major concerns about how they handled the whole case.Guerra LLP Response

My experience with this firm has been excellent and I am shocked to see these reviews. They were always good as far as returning my calls and were very professional. They just finalized my lawsuit December 2023. If I understand correctly they are in the process of dissolving partnerships. I can only assume this is the reason for all this bad press and am sorry to hear it.Review from Clay M

Not sure what the say about Watts Guerra LLP. There contact email on their home page doesn't work. They say leave a message and someone will call you back. The call back is a recording saying No One is available and to call this other number or text and someone will get back to you. They do call you back to set up a appointment, but the recording says no one is available and to call this number or text. Its a very viscus cycle that never ends.Review from Meghan S

Ive been trying to reach the law firm for two months. They have emailed me a couple times asking for more information. I have emailed them eight times over the past year, and they have never responded. When I call the phone number, they put me on hold for 10 minutes then states voicemail disabled at this extension and hangs up. I called over and over last month and it puts you on hold for 10 minutes and asks you to leave a message. An automated system called me back about three times it did the exact same times and asked me to leave a message. I tried to chat three times today, and an automated system just picked up. When it finally realizes you are an existing client, it sent you a phony phone number and immediately ends the conversation. DONT TRUST THIS FIRM. THEY ARE A SCAMGuerra LLP Response

Once you are a client they never contact you back, you can't even speak to anyone if you call the number. Emails never get answered, they never respond to texts either.Review from Damaris D

I wish I would've came across this review before getting involved with this company. They sound very professional and attentive when asking for information, but once it's given there is no communication back with the client for a status update.Review from Brian T

Scammers!!! Do not use them they copy and pasted a digital signature of mine to a form to get information that I DID Not agree with or had any idea they were requesting. No communication from these lawyers at all and when you call the office the receptionist is unprofessional.
