      On 6/16/2025 between the hours of 9:15-9:50pm I paid for gas the Circle K $25 dollars on pump 9 from ******* they had a gas truck loading fuel while I was getting gas. I finish getting gas drove home backed in driveway to park in garage I her jeep making noise as I parked then it stopped. Got up 06/17/2025 to go to work get in the jeep turn it on put in drive I hear this crazy noise coming from the jeep then check engine light came on. I tighten up gas cap thinking thats the problem I proceed to drive to work no more noise Im thinking ok it was the cap. Get to ************ and ****************** the car stalled the lights on dash board flickering unable to press gas pedal so I coast to nearest parking lot where it to driving. I called warranty department for my Jeep to get it set up to be checked out and get it towed. Had the jeep towed to dealership to let them run a diagnostic test and it came back as contaminated gas. I contacted the store the day the incident occurred on 6/17/2023 informing them of possible contaminated gas. I missed work had to get a rental car because this is my only form of transportation.File complaint with TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF ***********************

      An issue regarding my pay was brought up to ***** the management at ******************************************. The pay I agreed to in the interview was $13 an hour. When I received my first check, I saw that the pay was incorrect at $12 an hour. The pay on my check was $1 less than the hourly pay ***** agreed to with me. She explicitly told me not to go to HR and that she would illegally pay me the difference under the table. She admitted to me it is not the pay I agreed to. She said I would have to interview with her manager for a promotion for raise. The same day I reported the pay discrepancy to HR to get the starting pay I agreed to, the night manager *** became hostile towards me, pressing up again me and trying to intimidate me. I reported both issues to ******* ****** and nothing has been done to resolve the issue or my pay. ******* had ***** call me where she continued hostile behavior on May 31st and I have received no further information regarding the hostile behavior or possibly the transfer to another store. I have still not reached proper pay, that I was told I would receive which included working overtime and a holiday for less pay than I agreed to. ***** forged my approval of pay without my consent.

      I purchased gas on 2/17/2025 at the Circle K in **********. I pulled out of the station and the performance of my vehicle was unacceptable. The vehicle tried to die like it wasn't getting enough gas. I went straight to ****** Auto Repair.

      Date of transaction 02-03-2025, I was sold contaminated diesel fuel, diesel has been shut off for over 2 weeks at the location, my new **** F-250 needs over $16,000 repairs, ** ghosting me. State of texas has more than one claim report on same date. ** letting my rental bills pile up with no direction. I know a winnable court case but why does a company the size of ** have such poor customer relations that I have to take the time to go through this procedure. I filed also with ******, the branded fuel that I bought at the ** location, its a ** issue not a Valero problem but hey should be able to have more leverage when the pump says ****** fuels. They were very nice but said all they could do was pass along to the ** customer care department.

      Thank you for contacting us. We take all issues very seriously. We do change fuel prices constantly due to market conditions and competition. If there is a certain store, we could reach out to them to see why the signs aren't in align with the pumps.

      Thank you for communicating with us.

      The original complaint was regarding " Fuel pump prices do not match the fuel price sign. Happens at multiple locations multiple times a month." Now that we have specific location information, we will send to the Global Fuel to determine the complaint. We have multiple rewards that toggle with the EASY PAY app that reduces the fuel by 10 cents per gallon and is advertised on the toggle, then it shows regular price then sale price with the EASY PAY app.

      For the past couple weeks, Ive been having issues with the easy pay card not working. At the pump it says declined inside the store. says declined. The employees tell me the card is not accepted at their location. Its only a set at Circle K stores. If youre looking at the store and on the building, you see Circle K I am taking it that is a Circle K store. Im not able buy gas or groceries at these locations. Why do they have a Circle K easy pay card. Next question is if you cannot use an easy pay Circle K card then why do they accept the Circle K fuel card to get $.10 off of the gas? It looks to me that they are saying we can use one card but not the other. When I call **************, they tell me I had to investigate to figure out what stores accepted. This is not sound too easy to use for being an easy card after five or six places Ive gone to that usually get gas from. I finally went out of my way and drove somewhere to try else to use it and of course it works. This location has a Circle K sign with the ********** on the outside just like all the other stores Ive gone to. I wonder how many other people are having issues. All these location issues have been in ***********************************.

      I was attempting to purchase fuel and the clerk cancelled my transaction and when I asked why she didnt speak English to respond. I tried again and my payments were declined but after I left the store the money was take. From my card. I spoke with customer service and was promised numerous call backs but they completely support this theft. I provided receipt but the company still ignores the theft.

      Valero Circle K gas station at ********************************** is using blatantly obvious false price advertising. When questioned about it, they even admitted everyone gets it wrong. They claim the (credit) price is meant to be for their $0.10/gallon off customers Their digital sign on both access roads read credit for $2.19 & cash for $2.29. Indicating it is cheaper to pay with a credit card. They wont honor the sign

      For some general context, all of our main ID signs across the ** toggle between unleaded gas pricing and Easy Pay pricing. We have different sign configurations, but they should all have Easy Pay show above the discounted price when it is being displayed (I have included a picture of this below for reference). The practice of toggling between normal and cash or discounted prices is common across the industry, it comes with a downside of potential customer confusion but this is offset by being able to advertise and grow the discount program.

      This is supposed to be an easy and cost-efficient way of paying for gas. The card is literally called "EasyPay." It is the complete opposite - cumbersome and costly. The card mostly doesn't work, and I have had to spend countless hours trying to troubleshoot the issue. The clerks at all the Circle K stores have no clue and refer to corporate. Corporate has no clue and refers to Zipline. Zipline refers back to corporate. It's a complete mess and appears to be a scam to collect very personal information for "security verification" for a card that doesn't work in the first place. Complete waste of time.

      I am rejecting this response because: the response refers to resolving an issue with the App, which is not a correct reference to the problem. The problem is that the Easy Pay debit card (issued by Circle K) that is connected to the app is not accepted at Circle K locations that are marketed on the app as locations where it can be used.

      Text: Your store always has at least one pump with a bag on it, or the nozzle lock clip is missing. When the store is busy clerks still direct customers to the automated checkout, even when you need tobacco. When its busy nobody opens extra registers, or theyre too busy chasing p**** flirting with customers to move on to the next customer.
