It is really disappointing to get reviews like this one. We are very clear about the terms of our agreement. **** did call to cancel the service because they were remodeling their home, but she agreed to keep it because we gave them 6 months of free service while they did so. Even though she didn't have to pay for those 6 months, we still had our service active and incurred monthly fees by doing so. We also agreed to lower her rate from $48.71 to $32.46 once the 6 months were up. That is over a 30% discount to what she was paying before and this is the last time we spoke with her about her account until she called to cancel her service again yesterday.
Now she is upset because she forgot to call us when she finished her remodel and she has been paying for our service and not using it. She doesn't like that we are making her fulfill the terms of her agreement. We take great pride in the service we provide but we cannot provide that service if a customer doesn't inform us when it is needed.
