  LIES and EXCUSES! I got into a fender ****** and brought my car here for repairs because it was close to my home and I figured since its a well known company it would be quick and painless.. NO it was not! I took my vehicle in for an estimate in the beginning of October and waited a few weeks without hearing anything. Come to find out he didnt order my parts because I hadnt paid yet. So October 21st I paid the shop the amount the insurance issued so my parts could get ordered. I ended up dropping off my vehicle October 31st because all the parts came in. They ended up telling me that they didnt have the correct part and that it was on back order. I was patient at first but as thanksgiving started approaching my patience wore thin. I started calling everyday to get an update with no answer or response. I ended up having to pop up at the shop at least twice a week. The manager would always say they were still waiting on the part and said he was going to email me the document saying it was on back order . He never sent an email. The week before thanksgiving he said my part would be in on that Thursday. Of course that didnt happen. I continued being a ***** showing up at the shop because he only returned my phone call once and answered the phone when I called maybe a couple times the entire time he had my vehicle. He then told me the following week that my part would be coming in. Again, NOTHING! I go into the shop the week after thanksgiving asking why he keeps telling me my part would be coming and it doesnt. He then told me that world car ******* gives the parts they receive to people they know first. I took it upon myself to call the part manager at WCH only to find out he had just ordered my part two days prior and they told him someone had to pick it up because they didnt have a delivery driver. I finally got my car back on December 2nd. Idk the reason behind keeping my vehicle so long for a repair that literally only took a few hours if not less.

  I had a classic corvette painted by the MAACO on ****** in *********** **. I paid for the premium paint job and the paint looks terrible. The whole experience was terrible, they destroyed the tint on my side windows, stripped the bolts holding on the door handles, the paint bubbled and chipped on the door, and then began peeling on the lower part of the car. I brought the car back to MAACO and they said they would call to bring the car back in to redo and still have not received a callback. Their customer service is terrible, I had to cut and weld new door handle retainers in order to be able to close the door. The tint was less than a week old when I brought it in and they peeled it up. I am so disgusted with how the corvette came out that I sold it because all the hard work I did to restore it was for nothing since the bad paint job ruined it. I am requesting a refund for the paint job since it was not done to my satisfaction. This place is terrible and the owner is a jerk who seems like he is too important to deal with customers. I have contacted MAACO corporate about this place.

  This is a false picture, this job was done almost a year ago and he came back for a warranty, I do have the record. THis gentleman wants things done for free, he tried to restore a classic on a low budget, and he paid $3500 instead of the initial quote of $15K to do the job right. He picked and choose what he can pay for and we warned him of what it will look like if all work is not done.
