24 Oct 2022 I paid $3,300.00 as down payment for repairs; on 09 Nov 2022 I received an email with an updated estimate repair, and I informed them not to do any work until I came by the shop to make some changes to what I wanted repaired. 15 Nov 2022, I called the shop and stated that I was putting the repairs on hold, and I was coming to get the car. 23 Nov 2023 I went to get my car and the shop had removed parts and placed an oversized hood on the car. The car was loaded with parts in which I was told I had to pay for them since they had already ordered them. The shop owner ***************************** then charged me another $947.42 before he allowed me to get it towed off the property. No work was completed on my car at all. I ask him to take the parts back because they didn't fit the car, some parts he charged me for are the original parts of the car. I told him I wanted a refund for the parts in the amount of $2740.42 and the labor hours in the amount of $947.42. He refused and called the *****************************; in which they informed me to contact BBB because it was a civil matter. I attached photos of the car before I dropped it off and after I picked it up. I also attached photos of lack of repairs and the new estimate that caused me to put the repairs on hold. My resolution request is to adjust the billing to reflect only what was done and return the parts for a full refund as well as remove the oversized hood placed on the car.

LIES and EXCUSES! I got into a fender ****** and brought my car here for repairs because it was close to my home and I figured since its a well known company it would be quick and painless.. NO it was not! I took my vehicle in for an estimate in the beginning of October and waited a few weeks without hearing anything. Come to find out he didnt order my parts because I hadnt paid yet. So October 21st I paid the shop the amount the insurance issued so my parts could get ordered. I ended up dropping off my vehicle October 31st because all the parts came in. They ended up telling me that they didnt have the correct part and that it was on back order. I was patient at first but as thanksgiving started approaching my patience wore thin. I started calling everyday to get an update with no answer or response. I ended up having to pop up at the shop at least twice a week. The manager would always say they were still waiting on the part and said he was going to email me the document saying it was on back order . He never sent an email. The week before thanksgiving he said my part would be in on that Thursday. Of course that didnt happen. I continued being a ***** showing up at the shop because he only returned my phone call once and answered the phone when I called maybe a couple times the entire time he had my vehicle. He then told me the following week that my part would be coming in. Again, NOTHING! I go into the shop the week after thanksgiving asking why he keeps telling me my part would be coming and it doesnt. He then told me that world car ******* gives the parts they receive to people they know first. I took it upon myself to call the part manager at WCH only to find out he had just ordered my part two days prior and they told him someone had to pick it up because they didnt have a delivery driver. I finally got my car back on December 2nd. Idk the reason behind keeping my vehicle so long for a repair that literally only took a few hours if not less.
