    I signed a lease in December of 2022 and my end date for the lease is ******* 8th ****. I signed a 60 day notice to vacate on October 2023 with the new address of my new residence and I payed all of the rent from ******* 2023 to December of 2023 and I was told that I will owe 400 for ******* 1st ****-******* 8th ****. I called to pay what owe and they stated that they do not have record of my 60 day notice on file there for I have to pay the full rent of ******* ****. This is not my fault they had the document I signed in October stating my 60 day notice and they failed on their end due to not having the document filed on my "electronic" file and that they do not keep paper filed which means that the person I signed the document in front of did not keep it but I should not be penalized for them not doing their job. They also stated that if I do not pay the full month of *******'s rent that they are going to report it to my credit and they deliberately deleted or did not scan in the paper I filed so that they can get me to pay the full rent for ******* and keep me longer than my lease states which is fraud and are trying to scare me by "reporting" to my credit the amount I did not pay and evict me which is illegal.

    I have been calling the office for 3 weeks. ******* the leasing consultant keeps telling me that she is passing my Messages to management and nobody returns my calls.I moved out in May of 2022. I spoke with the assistant manager last month and she told me that these was some confusion with paperwork as they took over the property from ************************ Im **** of 2022. This company has now added over $3000 to collections with my name on it in error. Im am currently in the process of home buying and discovered this was added to my credit without any phone call being made to me. To top it all off, I was the manager of this community working for the previous management company in May of 2022 when we sold it and ****** too over. So I am very well aware of the situation and based on my line of work, I have never owed any community ever.Now, present day, I was told three different times that I would receive a call back from the assistant manager today. On my fourth call, I was told that the assistant manager has been helping out another property for the last two weeks and has been busy catching up. I now should expect to hear from her tomorrow. The response and tone from *******, reflects that I am being unreasonable for not being more understanding to the fact that the assistant has been helping out at another property and is busy. That doesnt fix my credit score nor should I be effected by what job assisgment is given after my request was made. I have someone who works in the same field as these women all day long with a very reputable property management company. I can say firsthand that this is unacceptable and not how residents or previous president should be handled.
