I signed a lease in December of 2022 and my end date for the lease is ******* 8th ****. I signed a 60 day notice to vacate on October 2023 with the new address of my new residence and I payed all of the rent from ******* 2023 to December of 2023 and I was told that I will owe 400 for ******* 1st ****-******* 8th ****. I called to pay what owe and they stated that they do not have record of my 60 day notice on file there for I have to pay the full rent of ******* ****. This is not my fault they had the document I signed in October stating my 60 day notice and they failed on their end due to not having the document filed on my "electronic" file and that they do not keep paper filed which means that the person I signed the document in front of did not keep it but I should not be penalized for them not doing their job. They also stated that if I do not pay the full month of *******'s rent that they are going to report it to my credit and they deliberately deleted or did not scan in the paper I filed so that they can get me to pay the full rent for ******* and keep me longer than my lease states which is fraud and are trying to scare me by "reporting" to my credit the amount I did not pay and evict me which is illegal.

I rented an apartment **** at the complex and became sick (wound up on antibiotics, steroids and 2 inhalers for my asthma). I mentioned mold being in the apartment and almost a month later they still had not done anything. There was black mold growing out of the wall in the desk area and a patch in the wall in the washroom. Additionally there was water damage surfacing in the baseboards outside of the bathroom (including in the master bedroom). There were several e-mails sent regarding various concerns about my tenants rights to health and safety and peace and quiet. None of the issues were ever addressed until I brought up contacting BBB, OAG and a lawyer. The assistant manager was/is trying to force me to stay in the apartment that was making me physically sick and wanting me to stay in that unit with my service animals while they assessed black mold which has spores that spread throughout the air. They charged my debit card for December rent and are trying to force me to remain as a tenant when they have violated my rights and not protected them. When I was leaving/clearing out the apartment and trying to get my cat the maintenance guy continued to bang on the door and yell after being told I was in there trying to get my cat. His constant banging and yelling resulted in me getting scratched up by my terrified cat. They cussed while I was leaving (a friend that was helping me get out and clean) before my respiratory health deteriorated any more and so they could open up the walls to treat the black mold without me/my animals/my belongings being exposed to the spores. They are threatening to ruin my credit as well. I have several e-mails and pictures that are available to the BBB to show all the issues. Another one was when they placed a sticker on my evokes driver side window that obstructed my view because of parking when ****** had registered my vehicles when I did all the paperwork. They threatened to tow my evoke- the tire was on a line
