Zero stars. We also got involved with this company through American Home Shield. We have a link under our kitchen sink. They sent someone after waiting a week who tightened something up and said it was fixed. The next morning it was full of water again. Of course we reported it and had to wait another week for them to come out. This guy said the entire fittings need to be replaced. I guess he then called his boss who told him to check our psi. He did and our psi was to high so that is why they think it was leaking. So they would send me a quote via email to put some kind of controller thing at our water line and some kind of overage thing on our hot water heater. They quote was $1,200 - $1,400. A week later the guy came out this today to dig up the water meter or whatever it is. Then said someone else would have to come out to fix it. Well that person got here around 5pm and said we have old pipes from the meter to the house. (House built in 2006) and they have to replace the entire piping which is a little over $5,000!! Cant do that financially right now So we sit with no resolution after 3 weeks and still leaking pipes! Dont use this company!!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink. AHS assigned Wicker Plumbing to come for service on January 12. The plumber determined my garbage disposal was leaking and he would have to come back because he did not have a garbage disposal on hand. He returned on January 17 and installed an Insinkerator, guard 5, This disposals sells for $99.16 on Amazon, the cheapest. I am unhappy it wasn't replaced with like quality of the disposal removed. A pipe was still leaking. The Wicker plumber advised he did not have the equipment to repair it and would set up another appointment for the repair. I got an email from AMH stating that an additional $275 submitted by Wicker is required for the repair. *** agreed to send another plumber for a second opinion. Lake Water Plumbing came on January 23 and had the pipe repaired in about twenty minutes. Lake Water's repair was covered by AHS contract. Wicker was attempting fraud by submitting an additional repair cost of $275.

Dear *******************, Thank you for reaching out to BBB regarding your recent work order. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.Upon reviewing the details provided, we understand that you are dissatisfied with the modification that was required. We would like to clarify a few points that might help shed light on this matter.Based on our records, the original pipe that required repair was a stainless steel pipe connected to your basket strainer. Which we sent photos into American Home-shield. Our standard practice would have been to replace it with PVC tubular, which is a commonly used and durable material for such repairs. However, we understand that your contract with American Home Shield specifically mentions that any material change is considered a modification. In compliance with this contract, we proceeded with the call into American homeshield to modify material for the repair. This deviation from our usual procedure was necessary to adhere to the terms set by American Home Shield.Regrettably, we cannot directly address any concerns or disputes regarding your contract with American Home Shield, as we are a subcontractor working in accordance with their guidelines. Instead, we strongly advise you to reach out to American Home Shield to discuss and resolve any dissatisfaction you may have with their contract terms. Please rest assured that we followed all American Home Shield protocols and contracts in this instance, as required by law. We called American home sheild due to one of our toilets wasnt flushing correctly, it kept running so after use we turned the water off at the valve. A friend tried to fix it but wasnt able, so he rigged it so we could use it. Wicker plumbing came 2 weeks ago and said they needed a part. Then they came back the next week on Tuesday and and said they found where our friend tried to fix it, now it is broken and we cant use it at all. They told us i will try to come back this week. Today is Monday and we have been down to only 1 toilet since last Tuesday. My husband called and spoke to someone, explained what he wanted, was sent to a voice mail. He tried more times before 5 pm and kept being sent to voice mail. I called AHS and they said it had been assigned to a vendor and i needed to wait for there call tomorrow. There are 3 adults living in my home and at night have to come into the master bedroom to go to the rest room. I requested a new vendor and i am unable to get one at this time. We pay a monthly payment for AHS plus ****** service call, cant get a refund euther
