TERMS AND CONDITONS OF AGREEMENT /CANCELLATION POLICIES

The CLIENT shall not change the date, time or location of the event without first contacting and advising Forever Yours of saidchanges so as to determine if Forever Yours is still available to provideservices. If the client do change the date, time or location ofthe scheduled event and Forever Yours is unavailable toprovide services, then Forever Yours is released from all contractobligations, and shall in no way be held responsible or liable in any mannerwhatsoever for non-performance. The CLIENT also forfeit ForeverYours's retainer fee with this Agreement. 

DEPOSIT A retainer in the amount of the agreed package fee, upon signature of this letter of agreement to book a date and time for an event.  Retainer fees are not refundable as set forth in the Force Majeure (page 4 paragraph 16) should the event be cancelled for any reason. The deposit will be subtracted from the total payment owed by the client upon completion of services date

If balance is not paid in full as set forth in [3-b], 3-b. Time and date of reservation for services of Forever Yours are cancelled without exception and without notice. Reservations less, than 21 days remaining until the event require a 100% non-refundable payment. Reservations be cancelled within 21 days or less of the event. Payments made in full at time of retaining. A $45 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

For events, that are local to Round Rock a minimum charge of $175 will apply, events that are over 60 miles a minimum fee of $250 will apply, not include valet parking, travel costs and all out-of-state travel, accommodations, meals and transport costs for Forever Yours.

The CLIENT understand that they are responsible for paying hired vendors’ products and services in full. The CLIENT accept responsibility for purchasing items needed for the EVENT and reception.  If the CLIENT requests any special provisions or services from Forever Yours these details must be submitted in writing no later than three weeks prior to the event date. The details and fee structure shall be noted herein addendum to this contract.

All addendum must be in writing and signed by all parties.
Set addendum will reference this agreement and become a part of set contract by reference there to.

Two assistants on the EVENT DAY (up to 6-hours at $175) per each assistant, overtime beyond the time allotted will be billed to the wedding couple $50 per hour.
