    Better Business Bureau:


    The vendor has already called to reschedule as they said they already have a pending inspection on March 21st, 2023 and I hope we can move forward with a date that works for all parties. We have offered a few different dates so we can get this issue resolved and now we are waiting on the vendor to give a timeframe that we can agree to meet moving forward. Thank you for your comments!

    We take pride in our craftsmanship and our customer service.
    We are familiar with this community fence project. Project has been complete and
    final payment was issued. Upon completion, Cactus Fence did a final walk
    through throughout project with fence committee at this time several items
    required attention and were repair. However, month later more issues and
    repaired originated, which some were very insignificant however agreed to
    review. Many missed calls on both parties occurred along with back and forth email
    replies. Another walkthrough was set up (08/09 @ 8am) with agreement to do it
    with a representative to make sure all issues were review and documented by
    both parties. Showed up to walkthrough to no one showing up, I went ahead, did
    a walk through on my own, and noticed a couple of repairs. Reported back to
    community representative advising no show and if I could receive a list of
    addresses with repairs. More emails back and forth attempting to connect, the
    timing was off for both parties. As of 03/14, we have communicated via
    telephone call and both parties have agreed to do a walk through on 03/21 to
    review issues and repairs.

    Mr. ****, 

    I apologize for the delayed response to your BBB complaint. I have looked through my emails and I have no documentation of a complaint filed regarding your gate or any other issues regarding your fence installation. 

    All complaints must be emailed to [email protected] along with pictures or a video of the issue so that we can create a work order and send a crewman out to your home for repair. You may also reach us at the office at 832-507-6797 to process a work order request with our office manager. 

    Our office will contact you today to address this matter.
