              Date of transaction was on October 12, 2023. We went in looking for an RV. We agreed on purchase price of RV, monthly payments and down payment requested to secure financing. After reviewing the sales contract we immediately went into the sales office to back out of the contract before being submitted to financing. They refused to cancel the sale and refund the deposit of $2500. I then immediately contacted Marine one and spoke to a regional manager that immediately canceled the contract for me but they had nothing to do with the deposit so they couldn't refund me my money. I contacted *** Hoover in ****** ** again and requested to speak with the ** and was told he was too busy to talk to me so another manager talked to me. I requested my money back and he refused claiming it was a nonrefundable deposit.

              This place we weird from the start, after three attempts in speaking with someone we finally got ****** and she was great but only for a little while... After numerous attempts we settled on an RV but not exactly what we were looking for. After speaking with finance and having paperwork overnighted the paperwork did not match what finance had told us. We decided that we were done... we were told our $1000 payment would not be refunded and that a manager would be reaching out. We have yet to hear from a manager. This place is crooked, think twice before doing any type of business with them. Update: A dispute was filed with the bank after explaining the situation and the bank was able to get our money back... still never heard from ****** or a "manager."
