Found a used car on ****** with all the specifics we were looking for (make, model, price, mileage, and approved Carfax Goid Deal) at Courtesy Nissan. The dealership said they would not honor the price listed and wanted more than $3,000 above the listed price even with all screenshots for proof of what was advertised. Waiting more than 6 hours to hear from the ** on his reasoning why the sudden price increase.

Dear Courtesy Nissan Team,I purchased a 2019 ****** Tundra from Courtesy Nissan over two months ago (VIN: last 8 KX244655). Despite my repeated follow-ups, I have yet to receive my metal plates, and my temporary tags have now expired. For the past two weeks, I have been calling daily and getting transferred to ********, who has been trying her best to obtain the necessary documentation but has not been able to receive it from your end. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that I purchased this vehicle in cash (~$28K).If Courtesy Nissan does not have the required paperwork to legally complete this sale, you should not have sold this vehicle in the first place. I need this issue resolved immediately. If you cannot transfer the vehicle into my name, I request that you cancel this sale, take back the vehicle, and return my money. Please provide me with a concrete update within 24 hours, as I am currently unable to legally drive the vehicle due to expired tags. I expect a swift resolution to this matter.Looking forward to your prompt response.

I tried to trade for a new frontier. Our trade in has never been in an accident. Our trade in had light hail damage that was repaired 4 years ago that showed up on a carfax. The sales man tried to low ball us on the trade. Then acted like we were getting close to a deal, going back several times.************************After catching them charging us $1300 in extra sales tax, the sales manager raise the price of the car $17,000 dollars! He then told us "This is what happens to people that try to hide things from us" ************************* DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

I know all to well the service **** and General manager *** and refuse to correct issues with new cars. I purchased a 2023 Nissan Sentra with bubble tint they set a scheduled appointment time and after arriving they stated tint guy isn't available. If any consumer is looking to purchase a car don't buy it from Courtesy Nissan you will be upset because they lie, don't honor warranties and don't return phone calls. This dealership should be investigated by the **************.New Car Owner.

Took my Maxima in for service of clutch and engine light issue. Dealer lost one wheel center cap off my wheel while doing a multipoint check of brakes. I brought this to their attention, they initially said it was missing when I brought in the vehicle. I showed them pictures of the vehicle the day I left the car at their lot. They looked for the center cap, but couldn't find it. I told them I wanted a replacement, matching center cap, or new rims. They agreed to purchase the center cap, but whenever I asked when would the part come in, they said the part is old and hard to find and give them time. This happened in early April 2023. I'm still without the lost part. Even talked to the general manager and he gave me the run around also with a weak show of trying to do something to fix the problem. They initially would return my texts asking for updates. Then they just ignore all my communications, except coming in in person. Needless to say I'm still without my part. Another issue is small but worth noting. Courtesy printed out an item list of worked they performed. I had $3,400 worth of work paid in full. They listed a courtesy exterior wash of the vehicle on the invoice. That was obviously a lie as my vehicle was as dirty as when I first brought it in. If they'll lie about an obvious car wash, what else were they lying about? The guy apologized for not washing vehicle and I left my vehicle their for an engine light issue they didn't fix. Came back a few weeks later to pickup my vehicle and they still hadn't courtesy exterior washed my vehicle again. Sorry service and I'm still waiting on my wheel center cap replacement. Will never do business with them again once I resolve my missing center cap issue.

I purchase my 2023 Nissan Sentra SV here on February 24, 2023. In the short period of two and a half months that I have had my vehicle serviced at Courtesy Nissan, in the three times I have had my brand new car serviced here, I have already had three separate incidents where they have attempted to defraud me by saying they did something and they did not. First, tire rotation was charged and not done as I was looking my car being serviced the whole 90 minutes. Then a loose bmetal part with an insurance incident claim. Finally, a part that was not installed and I was told Progressive did not cover it, when it was actually covered and paid for. I am severely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and have lost all trust with this establishment that practices defrauding traditions with its clients. My car was in the shop for over three weeks, when they said it would be a couple days. I have also wasted time, money and gas on numerous visits because they seem always nit to get the job done right the first or second time.I purchased a new vehicle to not have to deal with pre-owned service issues, and unfortunately to my surprise it has been the worse experience in buying and servicing a new car that Ive had in 25 years of purchasing and servicing vehicles.I am at the Nissan dealership now, and I hope that is the only issue with this claim and hope they complete the job right this time. Although the service advisor, *********************, and the salesman ********************* was great and professional; I truly believe that ********************* the dealership owner and management, as well as mechanics practice defrauding clients purposely to try to increase their profits. I believe there is a hidden obscure agenda.

They are the reason people don't trust car salesmen! We test drove a Pacifica on Monday evening and ******, the salesman said he could get ** out the door for $24k - a deal that seemed too good to be true. We told him we were paying cash and our credit union was closed, but could come back later in the week. I called Wednesday evening to confirm the price and a few details. When I arrived on Thursday to purchase the vehicle, ****** waited until my old car was being evaluated for trade in that he can't do the price he promised, and I would have to pay over $32k. They pulled a bait and switch and tried to make me feel stuck in the new deal as they had my keys.

The most horrible service I've ever received! This has to be the most dishonest dealership I've ever dealt with. I had 3 different salesmen try to convince me to purchase a vehicle. One lied about everything regarding the vehicle. I ended up doing business, then the car messed up, I returned ********* didn't try to fix it because they stated it had to be a duplicate of the problem. I got the windows tinted the day I purchased it with hopes of it being my vehicle. They didn't want to return the money I spent for the tints because they said I returned the vehicle. I ONLY RETURNED IT BECAUSE SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE ************** COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT IT WAS. I would never do business with them again & I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to do so either. No integrity, no core values & no compassion. They were nice to me until they gained my business. Need new management, so unprofessional & inconsiderate! I hate this place!!! ****Update********, the general manager advised me to email him regarding the matter, let's just say he's never responded to my email & when I call he's never available to answer my call!!! Horrible place & extremely bad customer service!

Courtesy Nissan agreed to buy the car back. With no obligation to the customer. I am glad to return the money for the window tint. Just send me the invoice. I also would be glad to tint the windows on your next purchase. I am sorry that this unit was not ready when we sold it. we have corrected that issue also. Hope in the future to have another opportunity to earn your business

    Thank you
