    I am not liable for this debt with ************************* I do not have a contract with the collection agency attempting to collect and reporting this to the credit bureau. I requested verification from Lockhart ********************************************* by mail on 10/04/2024. Failure to provide strict proof of documentation of contractual relationship between Lockhart *********************************************, and myself, ****** *******, makes this debt invalid, therefore, I demand all attempts to collect and or contact desist. Furthermore derogatory comments concerning this matter are harming my credit profile, therefore, I demand them to be removed. Account numbers are ******* and *******.

    Thank you for sending my complaint to the business concerning the validity of **** as well as the established contractual relationship between Lockhart Morris & Montgomery and myself, ****** *******. As an update on information for everyone involved: On January 7, 2025, the ************************************ finalized a rule that prohibits medical **** from appearing on consumer credit reports. Im sure everyone involved is aware of these new federal regulations, however I wanted to include this information also for the validity of the removal of these accounts as well as derogatory comments from my credit profile. I hope to find the proper resolution to this issue without the exertion of useful time and resources on everyones part. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have disputed this matter on every level, therefore, no other disputes need be made on my behalf. I have included prior validation requests as well as a memo on federal regulation. I demand Lockhart, Morris & Montgomery to delete it's trade line and cease any and all collection attempts.

    I am rejecting this response because:   There is no need to file any more disputes at this time. As a result of our communications and disclosure of information thus far, Lockhart Morris & Montgomery has responded by closing out collection accounts on record. These acts are unsatisfactory in the pursuit of an ultimate resolution due to the fact that although these accounts are now closed, they are still appearing on my credit report. The presence of these collections, which are in fact alledged medical **** from a medical provider, results in prejudice from creditors to myself, the consumer, in decision making regarding credit lines as well as the approval process. According to Federal Law, as of January 7, 2025, these practices of coercion to pay by reporting medical **** to credit bureaus are no longer allowed nor tolerated. Although the collection accounts on file with ******************************************* & Montgomery have been closed, they are still harming my credit profile as well as my livelihood by their presence in my credit reports. At this time, I am requesting Lockhart Morris & Montgomery to delete it's tradeline in regards to these two collection accounts. The removal of these collections, which apparently originated from a medical provider is the only resolution that will properly satisfy this matter. Please remove these collections from my credit reports. Thank you in advance for for your help in resolving this issue.

    ************************** sold my personal information to *************************** for $17,568 and now this company is trying to EXTORT ME out of money, when this Account has already been Credited with an Security Interest from the Trust Account. This company *************************** doesn't have any Contract Agreement with Me. This company can't Prove or Provide ANY DOCUMENTS showing ANY Accounting records of CERTIFIED Authentication, ******************************** transfer REAL MONETARY VALUE into ******** ******* Bank Account. But ************************** SOLD THEM MY PERSONAL INFORMATION Without my Consent and Now they're trying to COLLECT money they can't Prove I owe them. They Refused to stop Harassing me and Damaging my Consumer report.

The accounts in question are listed below.     A derogatory account from ******************************************* and Montgomery appeared on my credit report in October of 2022. Shortly after I wrote a letter asking them to verify the debt as I do not know what it is for. To this day I have received any communication from them. Kindly remove the account from my Experian credit report.
