      I do not have a policy with them. Accident is their policy holders fault which they have taken liability for. I have a claim that happened going on 2 months, April 28th, 2025, and keep getting run around. The adjusters are a joke. Never get back to you, no status updates, and when they do all they say is I'm working on it. No follow *** either on things they say they still have pending. I have not had a car since accident. Won't get back to me regarding "loss of usage" matter. Such bad customer service I can't believe they are still in business.

      Please note we were pending confirmation from the complainants insurance carrier that there were not any payments issued for the loss. We made numerous attempts to reach the insurance carrier and on 7/1/2025 we did receive confirmation there were no payments issued for the loss except for a rental payment. Therefore,loss of use will not be afforded on our end.

      At this time, we have concluded our investigation and have sent the complainant total loss documents to be fully executed and returned to us. Currently we simply await the documents from the complainant.

      I spoke with Alexa ****** ******************** who work for your company and was told by Ms ****** on est. May 29th, 2025 that she just received the claim on May 26th. I could I give her a couple of weeks to review the claim. I contacted Ms. ****** on Jun 27, ************************ update has been provided. I was informed by Ms ****** nothing as been done and need to speak with her client for their side of accident. I informed Ms. ****** that this should have already taken place and that the police report reflect all information. the driver did not have any driver license and had a warrant for arrest. We are requesting a call back with resolution to this claim. Our bank had a extremely hard time contacting your insurance company. we need a immediate call to resolve this claim @ ********** or **********

      UAIC is my Car Insurance Provider. On May 25th, 2025 at 6pm I filed a claim for damages after a tree landed on my car after a storm. I immediately filed a claim. It is now June 18th, 2025 and I have yet to receive a single phone call after leaving numerous messages in regard to the claim. The repair shop after getting it assigned has also not been able to get ahold of anyone from this office after sending over the supplement for repairs to be approved. Since the supplement has not been approved repairs have not even begun! My assigned adjuster is Davilet **** and I have been in contact with the Supervisor ******** ******* only after the second week of not having any phone calls and since then it has been nothing. A task for an inspection has been created on June 5th, 2025 for an inspection that has yet to be scheduled by **** *******, 13 days now without any scheduled inspection, 2 weeks without a phone call in regard to the Supplement sent over by the repair shop. I cant even upload a Letter of representation on their portal because it does not have that option for that document upload. I am getting extremely frustrated by the lack of communication from this company. I am paying for car insurance to not have a car! I want this resolved immediately I want phone calls returned in a timely manner and regular updates!

      I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the handling of my claim following an accident that occurred six weeks ago. I was not at fault in this accidentthe other driver, who was insured by united automobile insurance company, was responsible.Since the incident, the experience Ive had has been nothing short of unacceptable. Not once has an adjuster contacted me directly. In fact, no representative from the company has reached out at all. I have had to initiate every call myself, and despite calling weekly, I have received inconsistent and conflicting information at every turn.Each time I speak with someone, Im told that the way my claim was being handled previously was incorrect, and a new course of action is takenonly for the cycle to repeat again the following week. This has caused unnecessary delays, confusion, and immense ********* this day, I am still without a vehicle and have no clear explanation as to what is happening with my claim. I was also told that if I wanted a rental car, I would need to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed only $25 per day. However, I could not find any rental company offering rates that low, making this option completely ************** is unacceptable that I have been without transportation for six weeks due to someone elses negligence and this companys lack of communication and support.I am requesting immediate attention to my claim, a full update on its status, and clear next steps. I would also like to know what the company plans to do to resolve this situation and make me whole, given the significant inconvenience and hardship this has caused.

      My car was backed into. I file a claim and no one actually look at my car they want to go by some pictures but the picture cannot show under the bumper of car. They said that the damage was only $930.18 dollars but something fell from under the bumper. They did not take the bumper off to see what was going on under the bumper.

      Virtual appraisals are an industry standard procedure and are in place for the consumer's convenience. Please note the estimate would have been the same if completed in person. Regarding the bumper, our appraiser does not remove the bumper or any parts of the vehicle. Any kind of removal of parts or a tear down is done at the repair shop and if additional damage is found the shop would simply call in a supplement and an appraisal will be scheduled.

      Our initial estimate was written to repair all visible damage related to the loss at the time of inspection. It is our duty to indemnify.  As is industry standard procedure, the vehicle owner selects the repair shop. The representatives at the shop conduct the repair off the insurance companys estimate. Please note virtual estimates are also an industry standard procedure and in adhering to our duty to indemnify, if/when additional related damage is found during the repair, the shop representatives simply call us (or access our online claims portal) for a supplemental estimate.

      The complainant was advised by our adjuster that the vehicle needed to be at the repair shop for a supplemental appraisal to be conducted. We were informed by the repair shop that the complainant was not having the vehicle repaired at the shop therefore the appraisal for the supplement was cancelled. We are currently awaiting confirmation from the complainant or the repair shop if the vehicle will be at the repair shop for the supplement. Once we receive the confirmation we will gladly reestablish the supplemental appraisal assignment.

      As for loss of use we are more than willing to reimburse up to $25.00 per day for the amount days it takes to repair the vehicle as per our written estimate.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against United Automobile Insurance Company for their mishandling of my insurance claim and their overall unprofessional ********** vehicle was involved in a covered loss, and since then, United Automobile Insurance has failed to take responsibility as outlined in my policy. Despite my repeated efforts to contact them, they have continuously ignored my calls, hung up on me during conversations, and given me the runaround regarding claim processing and vehicle ********* make matters worse, they are now stating that they will not cover the loss of my vehicle because I obtained a new insurance policy when I purchased a different vehicle. This excuse is unacceptable, as the loss occurred prior to the acquisition of my new vehicle and insurance coverage. Their refusal to honor the policy in place at the time of the incident is a blatant attempt to avoid fulfilling their contractual obligations.This ongoing mistreatment and evasion are not only distressing but also appear to be in bad faith.       I have been a listed driver on a policy alongside of my grandmother, *** ******. We have made every payment and have had no problems until now when I actually have to use my insurance  I recently went with my own insurance company State Farm when I purchased a new vehicle because I have to get to and from work  I have always been covered with United automobile until now  This is not fair that now that I have to use the insurance that I have been paying for years with no problem or late payments is now rejecting to fix my car now that I actually have to use it

       

      if we cannot come to agreement, I will have to see legal advice, and I really would not like to do that because you United automobile is a business and I feel that they should treat their customers correctly

      March 30, 2025 I had an accident and united automobile insurance policy holder was at fault . It is close to ******* 30 day limit and I haven't heard anything about my car being fixed or sending me the money to have it fixed. All documents have been provided to them. Everything is online I try calling no answer and no one calls back. I only heard from their inspection about a possible total loss and nothing more. They apparently have 15 to do list and only completed 1 on my claim. I need help getting a hold of them and having this resolved asap so I don't have to deal with them anymore. And they have bad reviews as well when it comes to claims when their policy holder is at fault. In my case their policy holder ran a stop sign the police report states it. I don't know why it's taking so long

      I have auto pay set up with this insurance company and twice now that I have looked at getting new insurance during the process I was informed that despite me paying the full bill every single month when it is due that this insurance company has cancelled my policy while still taking my money and I did not know this until today April 19 2025 when I got pulled over for my car registration being suspended due to this cancellation of insurance. Because of this company trying to take the money out several days early, and then getting the money but cancelling the insurance I want a full refund of the entire policy.
